Very good overall

Stayed here several times as the hotel is easy to get to either walking from Centrale Station (12 mins) or a bus (5 mins). The rooms are of very good quality with strong walk-in showers and clean.

Not correct

I have written an email asking for two rooms in July. Nobody answered for almost 2 days.
I have written again to urge a reply. They finally ansered with availability and prices.
I have asked if there was a parking, they answered again after 36hours. I confirmed the reservation. They replied that the price was increased of €300 because the quote was valid only for 24hours. They took ages to answer to my 2 emails!! That’s why I haven’t reserved within 24h!!
Anyway I have been lucky because at the same price I found a beautiful 5 stars hotel!

Truly enjoyable stay!

Truly excellent stay! Perfect location with many stores and bars nearby, while bus and metro stops are practically outside! Great sleep quality, rich breakfast choices and very facilitating and kind staff! The hotel also offers gym and a small pool.

We were four adults in one room an were supposed to sleep in two queensize beds. However there was only one queensize bed and the other two beds were small not full length probably ment for children.
