Good place to stay
Location is good in the centre, parking space is in the main shopping center. Rooms very good, clean and bed comfortable. Atmosphere was good and you felt welcome. Breakfast was good and with many choices. Price was good for the quality and service we received. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel. Overall review.
Very nice room, comfortable beds. The room and entire building in general was clean. Had no noise issues or loud sounds.
Tv worked and had Chanels in different languages.
Atmosphere was relaxing and calm, had no issues.
Receptionist was very nice and helpful.
Breakfast had lots of options.
The value was well worth it.

Hotel was situated in the perfect location close to the train station and within easy access to travel links to the airport.
It has plenty of amenities nearby including shops, restaurants and bars.
The hotel was lovely, well kept, clean and modern with friendly staff and great bar service with Happy Hour on great cocktails.
The rooms were spacious and well equipped with tea making facilities and an even a mini fridge.
The one down side of the room was that it was very warm and the airconditioning was quite loud and didn’t seem to be doing a lot but other than that I can’t fault it.
It has plenty of amenities nearby including shops, restaurants and bars.

No agreement.
Once again, a disappointing stay.
During my last visit, the executive room was not great. Corner room with the television to the left of the bed, but especially cluttered by an extra bed that was not requested. For this new stay, I had requested a room without an extra bed. Result: an unglamorous extra bed that occupies the space where there should have been an armchair that was removed. I do not choose an executive room to be in a dormitory. I reported the discomfort, but nothing was done.
I gave up on breakfast, the quality and presentation of which need to be reviewed.
Positive point: the staff, at check-in and at the bar, were friendly.

Whistle stop stay
We stopped here for one night on 3rd May 2026. We wanted to be close to Charleroi airport as we had an early morning flight the next day. We had previously stopped in Brussels 2 nights prior (stayed in Pestana Brussels Schuman).
We left Brussels and travelled to Charleroi by train. The hotel was approx. 5-minute walk from the train station. The main hotel entrance was accessible via two elevator levels. Check in was quick and we were given a complementary drinks voucher for the hotel bar. We used this on a glass of rose and a beer.
The room itself was clean, had a comfy bed, plenty of storage, hairdryer, mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. It was nice to see bath sheets were provided and not small tea towel sized ones where you can’t get dry. Shower worked well, had excellent pressure and a nice hot temperature that didn’t drop. Wi-fi worked well too. We slept very well as it was in a very quiet location.
As this was a whistle stop stay, we didn’t experience any of the bars/restaurants or shops that surround the hotel. Popped into McDonald’s though which is just around the corner. Hotel reception kindly booked us a taxi for the airport; it cost €40 and took about 20 minutes. this was a short but sweet stay. The staff we encountered were very helpful and spoke excellent English, it was nice to get a complimentary drink. If we ever return to Charleroi we will select this hotel again.
