Great
Efficient, organized, present for all clients, attentive to each of them.
In light of the decline of other establishments in La Panne managed by the same owner, I would not place much value on this very nice hotel without Ms. Delanoye K.

Excellent welcome, but rooms need to be renovated.
On the other hand, we were quite disappointed with the room. The lack of air conditioning is a real problem, especially with a room facing south. It is also difficult to open the window wide and, with the tram passing right below, the noise is very present, which is particularly complicated when traveling with a baby.
The bedding was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom could use a serious refresh: the showerhead was leaking, there were no small towels, the large towels were either full of holes or very worn, the tile was cracked, and the faucet was poorly attached to the wall. A coffee machine is provided in the room, but the milk provided was expired.
This was the third time we stayed at this establishment. Unfortunately, despite the quality of the welcome and the breakfast, the condition of the room no longer meets our expectations. It is therefore likely that this will be our last stay.

Ideal location, soundproofing needs improvement.
+ flexibility of the staff who respond to our requests.
+ sea view (to request!)
+ the breakfast buffet is very complete (sweet, savory, fresh fruits, eggs, made-to-order pancakes, bubbles...)
+ the welcome
+ the comfort of the bedding
- the soundproofing of the rooms: you can hear everything: elevator, chatter in the hallway, doors closing. No privacy on either side. Not to mention the babies crying at night or the young children waking up at 5 AM... Catastrophic soundproofing!
- the employee (or the manager?) who enters the room after briefly knocking without waiting for a response, to clean the room... while it is 10:20 AM... and we are not supposed to check out until 11 AM...

Friendly
Room clean and rather pleasant to the eye despite traces of wear and apparent old age (broken baseboards, floor that cracks a little) but which do not in any way taint the feeling. Satellite TV with a weak signal (not a problem in itself), good wi-fi signal but some disconnections.
Very comfortable, clean bedding. The towels folded in swan to welcome us are very nice.
Bathroom quite spacious and clean.
Breakfast varied (eggs, pancakes, different kinds of breads, coffee machine with choice, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits) and pleasant to enjoy.
The only downside is the noise coming from the corridors (doors of the rooms and elevator). that can be heard loudly during the night disturbing sleep, provide balls that are quies if you have light sleep.
At the price level, I am without review because I do not know the standard prices of this type of hotel.
