Pillows are very uncomfortable.
Sauna is really cold.

Good place

Service was great. The bedroom big, still the bathroom was not clean and also the bedroom. Attention to the cleaning will for sure bring this place to a 5.

Never again

The quality of this hotel decreases year after year. The rooms and bedding need to be renewed, the equipment (ambilight) did not work in our room, and worse, the cleanliness left much to be desired.
The breakfast was terrible. The chocolate croissants were half-baked, no napkin provided for the bread to be sliced (hello hygiene), and the cold cuts were not fresh…
We have come here regularly for years, but I think it was the last time

Never again

The room was not clean, nothing in the minibar, ambilight did not work.
Breakfast was way too expensive. Not fresh and mediocre.

Behind my expectation

We have chosen this hotel because we likedthe advert about the Spa area and the service, but in fact the Spa Area is not well maintained. It was no service in Spa area, from 2 saunas only one sauna was working, We could not get robes for sauna, and have used our towels.In the room it self the coffee machine did not work, so it is useless. in the room we also did not have slipers in the room, but the floor is quite cold and without slipers it was not convinient.
In general I liked the bed and dosign as such, but the service inthe hotel is not at the level of 4 starts. I was surprised that the rooms are not cleaned during the stay, and we werenot asked whether we would like that the rooms are cleaned in the second day of the stay.
We had a booking with breakfast, and it was easter Sunday and Monday, both days I must admit the breakfast was very average, I have expected it bit more from a 4 stars hotel with such advertisment.
All in all the stay in the hotel was far behind my expectations, and service of other hotels I have seen in Belgium.
