Modern concept, quiet atmosphere and excellent location
The concept is clear and well worked out. This is not a classic hotel, but a modern aparthotel concept with a self check-in system. Tranquility, location and functionality are central. The rooms are new, neatly maintained and practically furnished. Especially the quiet atmosphere makes it a pleasant place to stay, both for relaxation and for work.
The accommodation is great for longer stays and business trips, precisely because of that combination of silence, location and ease of use. The location is a big plus: close to the center of Genk, C-mine and within walking distance of shops and eateries. The outdoor area and terrace provide extra comfort and make the stay more pleasant than a classic hotel room.
An additional advantage is Café Crème, which is located right next to the property. Those who do not feel like making their own coffee can go there for an affordable coffee in a quiet, warm and almost family atmosphere. Also ideal for working with a laptop or taking a break.
Since it is a relatively new accommodation, there may have been some small starting points in the initial phase. What has stuck with me most is the commitment and care with which the owners continue to work for improvement and guest satisfaction.
All in all a strong concept in an excellent location, with an eye for detail and comfort. Definitely recommended for those who book with the right expectations.

Walk about 2 km to the city, with Uber EUR 13,-. Breakfast is not available in the hotel, but in the annex
Is a restaurant / cafe where something is offered. All digital. There is no physical reception. Recommended for a short stay.

ATTENTION!!! A reservation is worth nothing here.
Booked a room three months in advance, and in the week of departure the reservation is cancelled — just to be able to rent out the room more expensively. When you call them, they throw the phone at it too. In short: a gang of rude peasants.
