Seduced by the location of this gem.

Excellent B&B. Very quite location in the middle of a beautiful park, yet close to lively areas of La Hulpe and Genval. Attentive owners and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. Private entrance to the room which is located in an annex to the main house. We highly recommend this place.

Restful

We needed somewhere to stay as my mother is now in a local nursing home and was recommended this B&b. Yves was extremely welcoming giving us choice of either downstairs rooms. Beautifully decorated, huge bathroom with shower (although no shower gel available). Breakfast served at our selected time and very tasty especially the omelette. Tv and wifi access (although to stations were restricted, would have been good to have an international news channel). The B&b is a building apart from the main residence in a very restful and quiet location, 15kms from Waterloo and lovely eateries.

Would stay again

Lovely B&B with an even lovelier breakfast! I stayed in the suite which was very large and comfortable.
The photos here certainly don't do it justice!
In the middle of the countryside, so it's very quiet at night...the only downside is that there doesn't seem to be any restaurants nearby to walk to for dinner so I had to have dinner elsewhere and then come by taxi to the B&B. Also, I think there was no shower gel in the shower so had to use the soap by the sink - nothing major though. Overall I had a great stay and I'm looking forward to returning.

Nice country side small hotel

Yves, the owner is very friendly and worried about the guests.
B & B with 3 rooms, very clean.
Great breakfast! With a great omelet and all sorts of good things.
It has a big flat TV and nice bed.
Nice location in the country side.

Perfect

What a find. We had been booked into a B&b just outside Brussels in order to visit Waterloo on the 18th June.
We were notified of an oversight which required us to look elsewhere. Glad we did. We were given the first floor suite which was just beautiful. Everything you could want. Set away from the lovely main house the owners were wonderful hosts and supplied a wonderful breakfast in our apartment delivered by them. The house is set in large grounds and is a lovely place to walk. If in the area and wanting a top class place to stay. This is the place for you.
