The picturesque past with today's comfort assets.
The location of the cottage is particularly interesting, in the heart of a very preserved historical part of Liège, not far from many attractions: a return trip from 22 rue Pierreuse to the Parc Sainte Agathe and returning not the Ferronstrée, will offer you a lot to see (impressive historic buildings, stairs to the Citadel, picturesque dead ends, the fabulous Curtius Museum, the City Pension, the Perron, the Palace of Princes-Bishops, whose night visit of the courtyard we recommend) and will have taken you only... a km and a half. That is to say the wealth of the immediate environment of the accommodation.
The cottage itself is located in two old houses and has been furnished with all the modern comforts possible. Nevertheless, the staircase to the rear house floors is rough, especially for those on the second or third floors. It is true that installing an elevator in such a place is impossible!
There is in the common areas a nice living room with TV and everything you need for reading, a nice small outdoor courtyard and a common kitchen very well arranged and equipped: it takes time to discover all the utensils, so many drawers. That means there's nothing missing for cooking.
Our room was not very large but pleasant and the toilets spacious enough. The bedding is very good and this in addition to the calm that prevails in the Inn, we spend very good nights there
The icing on the cake, welcome by the property owner is most warm.
A perfect place for lovers of picturesqueness, authenticity and modern comfort.
