Very cool experience in the middle of the animals; the children really enjoyed it and will keep a great memory of it. Thank you!

Wonderful experience
Wonderful stay. The house was very clean, super nice staff, exzellent breakfast and you have everything you need in the house. Very unique experience when you sit on the terrace and the animals walk by.
One thing, though: Unfortunately, the dinner really wasn't good. It was bland, and our pasta was cold, even after we specifically asked for it to be reheated.
It would be great and more in line with the otherwise perfect experience, if something could be delivered to the house, such as soup or sandwiches. The quality of the breakfast was wonderful.

Small things to improve.
We came back for a second time but this time not in the Simon house but in a beautiful and very spacious family room of the hotel, room Nils. We did not come to visit the park again but to go hiking in the region.
We have been received very kindly. The room was very clean. Maybe just take the cobwebs in the stairwell on the ceiling and walls as well as in the room and the dust from under the bed and the hygiene is tiptop!
The beds are too soft but that is very personal. Lovely air conditioning in the room although it remains quite hot on the mezzanine (air conditioning should hang higher). The room is beautifully decorated! The mini-fridge should be bigger in a family room wake up and it does not cool properly.
A bit startled when taking a bath because the water is completely brown which probably indicates rainwater, this could be communicated, a filter installation would possibly do wonders because there are also flakes in the water. I hope the roof that collects the water definitely does not contain asbestos .
Evenings can play in the garden with the kids, there is everything there, football, badminton, small folk games ... afterwards on the roof terrace to reminisce.
The tranquility in the hotel is perfect, we heard no other travelers staying in other rooms.
Breakfast is good, doesn't have to be for us anymore. The ants cause a bit of a nuisance to the muesli .
Daily friendly ladies at the reception!
Conclusion: price - quality for the region a winner, subject to minor adjustments as indicated, the hotel could certainly achieve a 10/10.

Bedankt om opnieuw voor ons te kiezen én om de tijd te nemen om zo'n uitgebreide en constructieve beoordeling te schrijven. We zijn heel blij dat jullie opnieuw een aangenaam verblijf hebben gehad en dat jullie de ruime familiekamer, de rust, de tuin en de vriendelijke ontvangst konden waarderen
Bedankt ook voor de nuttige opmerkingen. Wat het bruine water betreft: dit was helaas het gevolg van werken aan het waternet door de gemeente Theux. Gedurende 2 à 3 dagen had slechts een beperkt aantal kamers hier last van. Omdat het probleem zich niet in het hele hotel voordeed en wij hier zelf geen invloed op hadden, konden we onze gasten jammer genoeg niet op voorhand verwittigen. We konden helaas niets anders doen dan afwachten tot de situatie door de gemeente werd opgelost.
Wat de mieren bij het ontbijt betreft: doordat we midden in de natuur liggen, worden ze helaas snel aangetrokken door voeding. We doen er alles aan om dit zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen en nemen regelmatig maatregelen zodat ze onze gasten zo weinig mogelijk hinderen.
Ook jullie opmerkingen over de spinnenwebjes, het stof, de koelkast en de airco nemen we zeker mee. We blijven voortdurend werken aan verbeteringen en jullie feedback helpt ons daarbij.
Nogmaals bedankt voor jullie vertrouwen en hopelijk mogen we jullie in de toekomst opnieuw verwelkomen!

Relaxing stay at Forestia
We stayed in Harry lodge with 3 (2 adults and a 12yo). When booking I was a bit doubtful because of the price, but to be honest, it was well worth it. We were well received, we visited the park, went to our lodge. Were amazed by the clean and stylish exterior and interior, relaxed, slept well, had an amazing breakfast with view on some animals. The staff throughout the park was friendly...
