Good price and comfy

It was a reasonable priced room. Had two queen beds right on the river. It was clean, Good bathroom, our tour with Reyes and sons picked us up right at the dock at the hotel which was very convenient. No bumpy ride. And they had a nice bar and restaurant and the lovely pool and beautiful grounds.

Highly recommend Lamanai Landing - the setting, staff and experience were memorable.

Genuine, kind staff that made you feel valued as a tourist. If you are looking for a unique setting on a river choose this!

Excellent Hotel Excellent Location Excellent Service

This small hotel - located on the edge of the river has the best service I have ever experienced. The staff went out of their way to make sure every need and concern was attended to. We were treated like royalty. The location was perfect for our day trips to Lamanai Mayan Site and River Bird watching wildlife watching.
Our driver to our next location did not show up so the staff once again went out of their way to find a driver to take us to our next adventure.
The food was excellent especially the Balizean Breakfast and fresh fruit.
Thank-you Lamanai Landing Hotel for you professional, respectful and beautiful people.
In the morning you see crocodiles, herons diving for fish, Osprey and many other birds from the room balcony - and from the dining area which sits on the edge of the lagoon.

Birds, Mayan ruins, good accommodation, food etc.

Superb views, great staff, rooms, food ( Mayan fish is outstanding!!!!). Super for birds and wildlife. We took the night boat tour with Amir and saw so many rare birds- Agami Heron, Potoo, Night Hawk, for eg. We even saw an ocelot.
The tour he took us on down to the Mayan city was also excellent. ( Sungrebe ) . He is very knowledgeable about the history of the site.
We had a great, relaxing stay here.

The staff was amazing. We ended up staying an extra night because we were enjoying ourselves so much. The food was great. The balcony and room were awesome. We are planning a trip back there with friends soon.
