It is located in the center of the city, with very easy access to the different tourist attractions and services.
Very good attention from the hotel staff.
Highly recommended for walks and trips with the family.

Location is the only good thing
Room size is OK but bathroom is a problem. There;s no shower curtain and the whole bathroom is flooded after shower no matter how hard we tried. Absolutely no idea why can't they install someone simple and cheap to save us the trouble. Breakfast is OK if you can wait because there's only ONE lady who serves as both the cook and the waitress for the whole dining area. I also saw here cleaning the common area and toilets the other day!
Short walk to the bus terminal so good for those who came in and continue the journey by bus like us.

Good spot in La Paz
Location is perfect. People at reception great also and breakfast great.
We could check-in early morning - thanks.
If I may add something to improve : In the family room (4 beds), shower should be changed as it is impossible to shower without having water everywhere in the bathroom.

Not what we expected.
On arrival the person didn’t speak English which is fine but made our check in difficult especially as we had booked a twin room with private bathroom and they put us in a room with no bathroom. They told me I had booked a shared bathroom but when I was showing them my booking that said private bathroom they still wouldn’t accept it so we had to pay extra for a private bathroom.

Simple but Adequate
The noise from the traffic was ever present, but didn't bother us, because, although we're light sleepers, we're used to sleeping with ear plugs. The room itself was spacious and relatively clean, however the sheets looked like they could use a proper wash again. If a clean bed is important to you, bring a sleeping bag liner to sleep in.
The water was warm (not always a given in Bolivia) and the WiFi signal spotty. There were only 2 electrical sockets in a triple bedroom and we had to take turns charging our phones.
According to the signs in the bathroom you are not allowed to do your own laundry in the sink. There is a laundry service which costs 15 Bolivianos per KG laundry.
Our room smelled of smoke, which really bothered us. Despite trying to air out the room we couldn't get rid of the stench. When we mentioned this to the staff and asked for a compensation/discount, they said there was nothing they could do. In hindsight we should have complained about the smoke smell right after checking in and insisted on changing rooms.
All in all, this is a perfectly adequate accommodation if you're just looking for a place to sleep.
