Centrally clean

My wife and I were very pleased we went with the greatest advantage the hotel was very centrally all walk away the kitchen was very nice the employees were friendly staff jeneta knows Turkish was very helpful. It was our first time here, but we felt like our family here and we would visit again.

BEAUTIFUL AREA

Located in a convenient area for sightseeing in the city, close to other clubs that come alive in the evening. The actual entrance is located on a pretty street and there are several opportunities to eat in the surroundings. Minimal but comfortable rooms, a little too high the temperature of the heating that during the night we had to turn off. On the ground floor there is also the bar with beautiful bright windows where you can rest after walks. Possible also breakfast for which we were served by a waitress who speaks perfect Italian. There is the possibility to leave luggage in custody on the last day after leaving the room and the possibility to ask for a taxi call for transport to the airport at reasonable prices.

this is not a 4 stars hotel. stay out.

the four stars of the hotel are realistic only when looking at the prices. everything else would deserve much less.
when i arrived the window in my room could not be closed (it was November so 3-4 degrees celsius outside, very cold). I went downstairs and there was no one at the reception. i complained at the barista, who kept telling me to stay in my room and that the hotel manager woould be back in 1.5 hours. after i came down for the third time complaining because no one was showing up, the barista "brought in a friend who does other shifts normally" . this other dude gave a nod to an older guy who had been at the bar the whole time. I asked who was the older guy and he told me "he's the hotel manager". basically the hotel manager was sitting at the bar, seeing it all, and not moving a finger. very unprofessional.
everything in the room was either dirty or wonky / broken. I've read of bed bugs in other reviews and i am praying all gods i didn't get them too. WiFi connection did not exist.
the breakfast is very abundant and balkan style, only good point, although the food is not high quality.
and on top of that, the hotel is squeezed between disco bars, so it's loud loud music until late night. I had to use noise cancelling earbuds to be able to sleep.
to conclude, this is not a 4 stars hotel. it's more like the dodgy hotel on the side of the train station that you would never set foot in.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep!

The hotel is fine--basic but adequate. Very convenient for walking to old town. However, it is surrounded by bars that blast music till late into the night. Even with windows shut and air conditioning on it's difficult to sleep. Breakfast is adequate, but not worth getting up for

Disappointing

The positive note is undoubtedly the central location (with parking at € 25 per day) to easily visit the pretty center on foot. The rest is disappointing, well below the standards of a 4-star. The prices are high and not justified for the quality of the rooms, the structure and the staff.
