Wonderful staff in a great hotel

Amazing staff! This hotel is very contemporary and located in the old town . Steps away from all the major attractions and shops. Very clean and convenient. Above all I want to thank Emina , Ajla and the wonderful ladies who were in the dining room always making me feel at home. I would recommend this hotel full hearted to anyone who plans a trip to Sarajevo.

Nice and quiet place

Hotel Opal Home is a very nice and quiet place to stay in Sarajevo, near the most attractions of the town.
It is clean, the staff is very helpful, kind and smiley and ready to give you any information you need.
Breakfast is very sufficient and has a variety of food.
There is free open parking.

Nice hotel to stay

We stayed in the Hotel Opal Home for 4 nights. Nice place to stay. Delisious coffee in the morning. Good breakfast. Everything applicable to 4 star hotel. Very friendly personal. Althrough the level is not the same as in many european countries, but i think it is still acceptable. I would highly advise this hotel. The location of hotel is very good. Hotel is always very clean. We enjoyed stay in this hotel a lot.

Nice hotel, breakfast could be improved

Nice hotel and very very well located. Near everyhing, even the old part of Sarajevo. You can go by walking everywhere. The staff was very kind, the front desk was extremely helpful, always asking is you are enjoying your stay. The only thing I can say that breakfast could be improved. Apart that, the views from the breakfast room were beautiful. I recommend the hotel, and if I return to Sarajevo I will book again this hotel.

Well located small hotel

We stayed for 2 nights in this small hotel in Old Town Sarajevo. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay a happy one. The room was nicely furnished with a modern bathroom. We had a room on the 5th floor that had a nice view over the river. It is very close to Baščaršija Street and the ancient Ottoman area. Sarajevo is a surprising city, and I'm very glad we made the effort to visit. There are still many reminders of the war, however, everyone we encountered during our stay were so friendly and glad that we had enjoyed visiting.
