I loved!!! Deliver what you promise!!!

We arrived at the Pousada without having made a reservation.
We were attended to by Nalva (a sweetheart) who quickly introduced us to the accommodation possibilities for our family.
Super-clean room and bathroom.
Excellent location (close to the Center).
Friendly staff and excellent service.
The deck on the banks of the Preguiças River was the icing on the cake.
I highly recommend it!

Bad Hosting

The guesthouse was precarious, there were potatoes for breakfast, the bedding was worn. The bathroom is flooded, dirty water on top of the toilet lid.

Simple guesthouse

It's a simple inn, without luxury, for the price we paid it's ok.
Simple breakfast, we asked if they could give us an extra pillow, but they didn't.
Water coming out of the tap and shower is kind of brown.
Very potholed street, difficult for tourist buses to access.
If you're not looking for comfort, this is the place.
It has a beautiful view of the Preguiças River.

Very good

It is on the banks of the Preguiças River, close to the Center and bars/restaurants. The staff are generally very friendly and cordial. Very honest breakfast for the daily price. Great value for money. I missed having a table and chair, to sit down and work a little on the laptop.

Don't stay

Horrible shower, breakfast always the same, cold eggs cold tapioca. It's a shame because the inn is well located, facing the river, with the night watchman who is a very attentive person. I won't be back and I won't recommend it to anyone.
