I booked a room at the Ibis Hotel in Barretos, just for this night, to stay with my father, and I found the staff extremely unprofessional. The door had an issue because the breathing machine my father uses was left inside the room, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress for us. I was very disappointed by how slow and careless everything felt.
When I entered the room, the air conditioner was extremely dirty — very dirty — and my father has respiratory problems. How can I turn on a dirty air conditioner in a hotel room for someone who needs clean air to breathe? Because of this, I had to sleep in the heat all night.
I booked two rooms for four people. The girl at the front desk kept saying she was doing me a “favor” by letting us use the second room — even though I paid for two rooms for four people. My sister and I stayed in one room, and my parents in the other. I explained that sometimes my sister stays in my parents’ room to help my mom take care of my dad. The receptionist said that if my sister stayed there, she would charge an extra fee. I told her that our other room would be empty anyway, so it should be cheaper. She still insisted that she was doing me a favor, but she didn’t give me any discount for the empty room.
So, all this stress combined — dirty air conditioner, dirty room, bad attitude at the front desk — made this experience extremely frustrating and disappointing. Even though it’s a cheap hotel, the quality is very poor, really poor.

Breakfast outside the Ibis standard

The breakfast was not cool, mixed eggs immersed in water, dirty cutlery and tables and even when I spoke to a collaborator he said it was like that. Knowing well standard network I found an inappropriate that situation, mainly because it is not cheap coffee from the hotel.

Nosso ovos mexidos,são feitos com leite e creme de leite, mas o estado dele, é cremoso e não imerso em agua, o atendente foi advertido, pois esse não é o nosso padrão.

TEACHING

Attention of the employees of the breakfast very much to desire, you asked what was missing on the track for having finished and did not give you attention, was delayed to resume, Salsicha in my case were 35 minutes of waiting, was with time I waited to see how far they were going. I don't know if it's policy of IBIS and make this delay, if you let us know to no longer make use. Another point, so far I have not received the Hosting Note.

Pet friendly

Good accommodation, a large parking lot, great staff, everything very clean, breakfast a bit basic, no many options I really liked the environment being fully pet friendly, makes the stay very easy, the pet can move inside the hotel
