Old, lack maintainance, poor breakfast, unresponsive staff, green washing. This hotel is one of the worst ones I have ever stayed in. The rooms are old, the bathrooms dated, the overall building feels built in 1940s. I reported a broken shower the first day, and they never fixed it. The breakfast is greesy, lacks options. AC was so noisy.

Excellent hotel!

Excellent hotel! Privileged location!
Breakfast with lots of fruit options, fruit salad, bread, cakes, saladines, sandwiches, sausages to sauce, mixed eggs, soups, calabrese, bacon ... and more ... plus some options prepared on time!
The hotel restaurant is spectacular, with a well-diversified menu, delicious options and very well made!
The room is spacious, large bed, very comfortable, with bed linen and towels of excellent quality! Very large bathroom! Everything very clean and scented!
The hotel also has a garage, pool, gym, meeting room, and other spaces!
Both the staff of the hotel and the restaurant are very attentive, helpful, professional!
We stayed for three nights! We really liked this place!

Terrible from start to finish

Terrible, from start to finish, probably the worst ever experienced in the Accor group. Aging badly in desperate need of renovation/modernisation, dark and quite sinister with low ceilings, leaving an impression of unclean. Rooms have a distinct smell of humidity and are very poorly decorated. The “suites” are badly arranged with an uninviting canape overlooking the bathroom and fridge. Breakfast just OK. No recognition of All status. Welcome drink may comprise a coffee or a beer only.

Problem with wifi

I stayed in this hotel at work for a few days. Since the day I arrived (August 1st), the wifi was running with quite a few faults and very slow.
On August 3, I addressed the reception to explain the situation, in which they said that they would resolve the situation.
On day 5 the situation was the same, nothing was resolved. I went again to the reception where I explained the situation again and was taken care of by Mr. Salomão Oliveira.
Mr. Salomon quickly showed readiness to resolve the situation by always keeping in touch with me by phone from my room and with the technicians in order to understand what would be wrong to try to resolve and ensure that I would have the wifi 100% operational.
My very thank you for the professionalism of this employee who was very attentive and concerned with the client.
