During the week is a refuge

I stayed 3 days with my wife in suite Bromelia, sensational view, the sea and the beaches of the region,. The room is spacious, but the only one in the room was the net which was unused because it needed an adjustment due to its height. The Resort offers a great structure, with trails, spa, pools, and an excellent bistro, with options of good taste and all the dishes I tasted were perfect, being the highlight of my stay. The bigger pool is not heated, which can be a problem on not so hot days, the region sells a lot and the water gets cold, this pool was empty in every day I was at the Resort. There is another heated pool but this one is quite small, being uncomfortable to stay in it with other people. The experience was just not perfect, because the resort is said to be a "refuge" including has packages aimed at couples in this sense, but accepts children, but in my opinion this is not in accordance with the structure that the resort offers. The weekends, with the resort full of families, did not become a refuge anymore.

Refuge in Paradise

Wonderful experience, restaurant, pools, rooms, all perfect. It's worth seeing. The place is wonderful.

High price and low quality service

- They did not clean up the room and did not repurpose refrigerator and towels
- We left at 7:30 but the café only opened at 8:00 I warned in advance if they could offer us a simple coffee (a basket for example) but they refused (this after they had not arranged the room)
- There was a repair on the street that prevented the entrance to the hotel but were only warned over the hour
- Bistro and pizza good food but very expensive
Pro price paid leaves well to be desired

Stunning place, but with improvements to be made

We spent the last week of 2025, including the turn of the year, with family. We stayed in suites 201 and 208. We had some specific needs because we were in a family, with children and older people, so I admit that it's not always easy to meet everyone.
The place has a stunning view, well retrieved in the woods. There are different pools, jacuzzies and environments (e.g. beach tennis court, playground) that allowed us to handle any rain.
The chalet 201 is spacious, with a wonderful view and, even a little distant, was great for us to stay with the children. New and good quality bed linen, good ammenities in the bathroom. There are some points that need maintenance like the bathroom and floor, but nothing so compromising.
Bistro restaurant with great food, reasonable price and good service. Very restricted wine list. Excellent pizza, with live music between Thursdays and Sundays.
Points to improve: I observe that at several times there was a mismatch between the number of employees and the needs of the room services. For three times we stayed more than ten minutes waiting for someone to be taken care of. The main pool does not offer service. You need to go to the bistro to make the order. They did not take out the bags at the agreed time, being super difficult to carry in the middle of the woods.
I highlight the service of the employees Igor, Iago and Rony who, even overloaded at times, always provided excellent service.

Amazing experience in a wonderful resort!!

I am a huge fan of this resort.
Beautiful place, well cared for and with a wonderful view of the sea.
The staff is very attentive, kind!
