Hotel well located, excellent staff. I was lucky to be welcomed by Neide, even a map she made to give me direction, since I wanted to explore the region walking.
Room large, comfortable and clean, everything worked well. Breakfast simple but all well done, thankful for the affection of Valda who served us always well-humored and willing to help.
I like hosting on the network for cost benefit which is excellent.

A bad stay

The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast is good, except if you have lactose or gluten intolerance, do not expect anything. My positive points stop here. The room cleaning service leaves much to be desired, the beds are not well made, we had ripped blankets and the sheets did not cover the mattress. The dryers do not have an adapter for the outlet, so we had to turn off the refrigerator, as it was the only outlet that plugged the dryer. The staff does not have adequate training for a role in hospitality. I went to borrow cutlery, the receptionist gave me a dirty spoon she had used and asked me to wash. We spent 5 days without internet access, we had to use mobile internet during the entire stay. This hotel would have to undergo substantial improvements in order to be recommended or reduced from category.

Disappointing

Small room, pillows and bad mattress, bath towels worn and stained. We had a problem with the hot water from the shower, which was not resolved, we had to take a cold bath. No one tried to solve the problem, we were disappointed. Breakfast medium, has no variety. Only the location you saved.

Good hotel for those who came to tour in Curitiba

Reception staff, restaurant (breakfast) and very helpful and polite messengers!
Excellent location, up to 15 minutes from the main sights, for which we pick up Uber paying up to R$ 13,00!
A delicious breakfast, ranging from proteins to cereals.
Room could have better lighting and more outlets. But there's a mirror beyond that of the bathroom, which helped a lot.
Great cost-effective for our 4 night stay. I believe it is not a hotel for families with elderly and/or children, nor for longer stays, as it is not so cozy / comfortable, because it is very old.

Terrible mattress. I had to use the duvet under the bedsheets to be able to sleep. I could feel the springs. Also the room was facing the lift and every one coming late or leaving early was talking outside but seems they were inside our room.
