Great accommodation

Very attentive service, staff requesting delicious breakfast a pudding with homemade taste. The area has great restaurants options. I would definitely come back

Only breakfast is saved.

Smell of ink
Small and old blankets, it was 0o C the day I arrived and only had one blanket.
Extremely noisy, when someone was taking a bath or discharge it seemed like it was inside the room.
Shower water without pressure and little hot, bathroom with "look" dirty, but was clean.
Room without proper black-out curtain, I woke up along with the sun.
Bathroom door with large mill that passes clarity.
Rotten beats and outdated furniture.
TV didn't work, there was no decoder, no channel.
In summary, if you hadn't arrived late, if you were to stay more than one night, you'd have a hotel exchange.
The breakfast is simple, but complete and with delicious things, I admit I expected the worst.
Those hotels that don't match the pictures at all.

Bad experience

Initially, the hotel is in poor state of conservation. We arrived around 22:00, just to sleep and travel the other day early in the morning. It was 13 degrees in Curitiba and the shower water wasn't hot. I complained to the receptionist who tried to fix the problem with the heating, without success. I asked for the straw, since I would not stay there without even being able to take a bath and he refused. When I went up to pick up my things and came back, he said the problem was resolved. It was almost midnight. As the time progressed, I agreed to stay, but the water continued without heating. When I woke up the next morning, the problem persisted. The bed linen is old, the mattress is bad (very old, soft and sunken), the air conditioning / heater was absurdly dirty, the blanket visibly already used by other guests and a lot of noise is heard during the dawn. Breakfast with old products. The bread was clearly from the day before. Some products I didn't even have the courage to try. The orange juice looked like juice powdered with water. Nothing is saved in the hotel. The photos, definitely, do not match the reality. Argued if there could be any discount for so many disorders the answer was a simple "no". I don't recommend it to anyone.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful, with lots of choices. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We will definitely stay here when we visit Curitiba again!

Construction and noise on a Saturday at the hotel!

They did a renovation right next to my room. And I was with my 8-month-old baby who couldn't sleep, there was a lot of noise. We complained and they claimed that there was no other day to do the work.
Work on Saturday at 8am. They claimed that the work would only end after 3:30 pm.
Absurd!
