Bad experience.
THEY ARE NOT AN INN.
They rent the rooms with rental rules. There is a rental contract.
The breakfast is ok and you have to order it the night before, within the available items and it doesn't always come with what you order.
The place has a beautiful view and a good location, but there was renovation rubbish in the yard and chairs in the outdoor area were damaged. The deck was a little crooked and needed repairs.
The room we stayed in is a good size for 3 people, but no more than that, even though we recommend up to 4.
And we had problems:
We found mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in unit 3. The bathroom switch is inside the shower (danger) and water leaked from the shower into the room.
We always dried with the mat. The drains were bringing horrible sewage smells into the room and we had to ask for help in this last case.
The parking lot is large but not marked and sometimes we park in a place we shouldn't (there is no information and there are no employees on the property). When the owner came, she caught our attention. Which was pretty annoying.
But our biggest problem was after leaving the unit.
We left on 02/01. And 2 days later we were accused of damaging the towels with makeup/paint. (problem not reported before even though they cleaned the room every 2 days and changed the towels)
We are required to reimburse the company or we would be sued, as we signed a rental contract where all items, if damaged, must be reimbursed.
To avoid the process and be happy, we agreed to pay R$410 reais. For 6 bath towels and 2 face towels. We chose to pay even though we found the practice abusive and completely inappropriate for an establishment that is classified as a Inn. Certainly in the hotel industry, stains on towels caused by makeup are normal, with removal techniques or even losses calculated for this.
Ultimately, this is not how this establishment works.
I warn anyone who wants to book to pay attention.
