Wonderful place.

Wonderful place. Close to the beaches of Joaquina and Mole. One block from Lagoa da Conceição. Bars and restaurants extremely close by. The reception was excellent, I felt welcomed, a place I would definitely return to.

Summarising

I cannot stress how DEVEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

An honest option at an affordable cost.

The hotel is located in a small and quiet street, almost at the corner of Avenida das Rendeiras, the main of Lagoa da Conceição, in Floripa. The location is excellent as it is in the middle of the island, offering quick access to both the beaches of the north and the beaches of the south. Especially Joaquina is less than 10 minutes away.
We chose this area for accommodation due to the existence of several bars and restaurants, facilitating the evening departures, which were made on foot.
Hotel accommodations are simple, consistent with the charged price range. But the room offers good space, and was very clean, in addition to having a large parking lot.
The breakfast is honest, and serves its purpose well, and it is still possible to meet the hotel owners drinking coffee with the guests. A very friendly and nice couple, which makes the stay even better.

Dirty and unmaintained. The photos do not match the location!

Unmaintained and dirty place. Bathroom was moldy, the plaster fell off and they didn't put it back on, the plastic shower was dirty, the windows were dirty, the towels were old.
Restaurant had a dead cockroach in the corner. When I saw the cockroach I had to go out for coffee at another establishment! Breakfast with a juice option, those who don't drink orange have nothing else, but the photos show coffee with several options! The laundry room is close to the rooms and is terrible, everything thrown around, exposed for anyone who wants to see the mess and poor quality of cleaning! I don't recommend it! Don't be fooled by the photos!
