Vacation at Lobo Hotel

We spent the whole month of January at the hotel and throughout that time, all the staff were always very caring and caring, especially with my father, who is sick. At a delicate moment, when he needed to stay interned in Florianópolis, the hotel was ready to help us: they borrowed blankets, chairs and even separated food from breakfast for the family member who was taking care of him during the evening and in the morning.
This is the third time I stay at Lobo and, with each stay, I get even more in love. Long live the hotel, and my congratulations on such hospitality, empathy and humanity.

Excellent!

The hotel is great, on the beach side, delicious colonial coffee, Service, service, I found everything good. I recommend. A special place, especially in the low season.

Nice but simple hotel.

The hotel is very simple and old but it has been renovated. In the 4 times we were always well served, towels and blankets clean. Great morning coffee. If you are not very demanding will meet well. Great location.

Escape from this hotel

Come on. Internet marketing is wonderful, fills eyes. On arrival, in the hotel, everything changes, it's precarious, apparent wiring, mold on the walls, foliage scattered all over the reception (not that it's a problem ) but I felt in the jungle, for any corner of the hotel you go there are signs with rules ( which in reality do not serve anything ). The sheets are ultra thin and yellowed but dirty, the bath towels are ripped and yellowed, and there are still informatives that if some sheets are ripped some sheets will have to pay a fee, the TV of the room does not work well, she stays with the image tremble, the window of the room squeezed, the box of the bathroom is super narrow, the mattress is on top of a concrete box covered with tiles where there are a couple of days of cake where there are a few holes/ holes where the reception is super cool, careful and very dedicated, in the room what really works is the air conditioning, the camelines are also very nice, but taking the breakfast is good, with a lot of varieties, but the candy is terrible, the owner of the hotel was going to go to the hotel to ask me for a cake for two days. We know that the hotel has history, but does not need to stop in time, can work for improvement in the building, the parking lot has boards for small and large cars, but it is a confusion only, no one to guide and no one respects. In the reception there are booking scoring information but are from the year 2015. Everything is very limited and very worked on the economic. At the exit of the hotel they ask to wait at the reception so that they can check in the room, much humiliation is not? Another thing they ask for guests to take air and TV controls to the reception. The photos that are available on the booking do not match the reality of the hotel. There are 4 star hotels that do not charge what this charged, does not match what it offers, I had to stay in this because it was the only pet friendly hotel available. Hotel do Terror, horrível experiencia, espero nunca mais ter que voltar a este hotel e tenho pena de quem vier para cá .

Hotel horrível, não poderia ser enquadrado nem como Hostel, móveis em compensado, armários sem porta, fios elétricos pendurados pelo quarto como se o Eletrecista tivesse fugido (ou não recebeu o pagto) antes de terminar o serviço, roupa de cama e cobertas fedem
