Empathy

We are regular customers of the hotel, for the structure, food, fitness, recreation and service. On the weekend we were staying when my husband had a sudden illness that caused an emergency surgery. We had all the support from the hotel which showed a lot of empathy. Special thanks: Daniel, Junior, Paulo, Yuri and Chocolate. You make a difference in hospitality! Gratitude!

Could be better

Very good hotel, cost benefit worth it. Good pools, comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub this part all right.
But we took the daily with the meals included, hence got wrong.kkkk
Because the food leaves much to be desired, repeated all meals similar, same meat rice, beans, pasta.always. Afternoon tea should be the rest of the breakfast well ruizinnho.
We had a reservation for three days and we left a day earlier.
It's just a little better, it's the tip.

Great cost benefit

I found the hotel offers an excellent cost benefit. Considering the amenities, the service, the structure, the location, the amount charged is very fair. The hotel is well located, it is possible to walk around the city on foot. We were in a couple + child of 7 years, and it was a good experience for family. The entire staff of the hotel was very polite and helpful, all the environments were clean, the structure of the hotel fits perfectly with the price practiced, it is the basic with special care that works very well. The hotel offers full boarding (café, lunch and dinner) and meals maintain the standard cost benefit by the price of the accommodation package. Special highlight for lunch on Saturday and Sunday, with differentiated dishes, including open to people outside, and is an attractive, many people go there only for lunch. We went in June 2025, on the holiday, it was full but it was not something uncomfortable. Because it is winter we only use the heated pool, but it was great, in the summer it should be very pleasant to use the entire area of the pool water at room temperature. We really liked our experience at Hotel Castelo.

Good location and great service

This hotel is located close of thermal park water, with a good restaurant, good service.The room is very confortable and clean. The only negative point is internet conexion, very slow and most part of time it doens't work. The hotel has two swimming pools without thermal water though. If you want to try the thermal water you have to pay a iary in the thermal water park or even pay to try in a marble bath for 15 minutes (You have to go to another hotel and pay for this service).

O hotel passou por troca geral no sistema de internet, troca de ar condicionados antigos para split e também troca de tvs para led 32 polegadas, alem de ter adotado mais rigor ao quesito higiene, com conferências periódicas de manutenção e limpeza.
O Hotel Castelo possui convenio com o parque de piscinas distante 150 mts gerando desconto no ingresso passaporte para o dia.
Agora no mês de setembro de 2018 estaremos inaugurando ,mais uma piscina externa aquecida com ofurô para 08 pessoas, um ambiente novo e moderno para maior lazer e descanso de todos que nos visitam, convido você e sua família para conferir....abraços

Fair deal

Considering it is located in a remote area, the hotel is OK. The room was spacious, clean and with airconditionning which was welcome. The bathroom is quite small as is the 17"TV screen. Corredors with tiles emplify the noise of rolling suitcases, not ideal to grant silence. I was said there is a swimming pool with garden across the street. The restaurant operated by a third party is horrendous. Breakfast was OK with traditional watery juices, diverses cakes and local breads...
