Good experience in hospitality. Le Canard Joinville

Excellent service.
Clean and pleasant environment.
I expected more from the mattress and the enxoval, they can improve.
Free parking.
Fair price.

Urgent need for improvements

Room ok, rough service, extremely weak breakfast, much worse than the Ibis Joinville for the structure and price should be much better, the mattress of the old room looked like a canoe and the pillows tbem, the head seems to be leaned on the mattress. Even
Being an intermediate hotel this has to be reviewed

Hotel mesquinho

Little hotel! Although breakfast was buffet, they charged $12 for a single baked egg. Not like a hot egg mix because it comes with milk or other liquids together, so I ordered 2 boiled eggs and they said I had to pay the portion. Then came the bill, $24 for two boiled eggs. The value is absurd, but more absurd and ridiculous is the collection of boiled eggs. I won't go back there

Disorganized

Hotel took 01 months after several requests to issue / send the NF of Hosting, carried out improper reversal of the cardboard and I was in the loss of 01 daily which they do not want to resolve.

Hotel for overnight stay and nothing more

When I arrived the booking paid by the agency was not included in the system and wanted to charge me the daily fee. They checked in with this information pending and were only able to reconcile the reservation two hours later. No ammenities nor board of no disturbe, the room had not even blanket. I called to ask twice but the reception did not answer. I had to come down in person. At night, when asking for wine and water, both warm because the fridge was broken. The best was at breakfast where they wanted to charge the fried egg apart, despite having mixed eggs. Definitely a hotel I'm not going back to.
