Sempre uma experiência desagradável (Always a bad experience)
Infelizmente, todas as vezes que voamos para Petrolina com pernoite, a empresa nos coloca nesse hotel. Se você é alguém que não se dá bem com pernilongos, tenha um bom repelente disponível ou se prepare para as batalhas da madrugada, porque não é fácil mata-los com a iluminação deficiente dos quartos. A higiene é um fator preocupante e no café da manhã já me aconteceu de pegar colher completamente suja disponibilizada junto às demais para uso dos hóspedes. Se você tem muito bom humor provavelmente vai se divertir quando, voltando ao seu quarto perceber que, mais uma vez o cartão chave terá que ser magnetizado, porque geralmente eles o entregam a você com validade bem curta, por mais que sua estadia no hotel seja garantida pela empresa e com check-out previsto para o dia seguinte ou após. Realmente não é o hotel que eu recomendaria a quem precisa se hospedar na região de Petrolina.

Unfortunately, every time we fly to Petrolina with a scheduled overnight stay, the company puts us in this hotel. If you're someone who doesn't do well with mosquitoes, have a good repellant available or prepare for early morning battles, because it's not easy to kill them with poor lighting in the rooms. Hygiene is a worrying factor and at breakfast I have already had a completely dirty spoon available with the others for guests to use. If you're in a good mood, you'll probably be amused when, returning to your room, you realize that, once again, the key card will have to be magnetized, because usually they give it to you with a very short validity, no matter how long your stay at the hotel is, despite guaranteed by the company and with check-out scheduled for the next day or after. It really isn't the hotel I would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the Petrolina region.

Rough around the edges, but mostly okay.
The photo of this hotel does not reveal that is in a very bad location. It is an area of rundown commercial buildings and blowing red dust. The traffic in that area is crazy. There are no restaurants close by. The bell hop was an old lady. She was very nice, but she just seemed like a strange choice to be someone to be lugging heavy suitcases. In fact, everyone there was friendly. One person seemed to speak some English, but it was pretty broken. The room was small, but adequate. The free internet was easy to access and reliable. The free parking was right in the sight of the front desk, which made me feel the car was safe. The included breakfast wasn't the greatest. The fresh fruit selection was sparse and seed covered. There was no orange juice. So, I got guava juice. It was watery and tasteless.
Okay, it's an inexpensive place and you can't expect Buckingham Palace. So, I guess it is okay for a quick overnight stay. However, if I were going to spend any time in that area, I would find something more upscale.

Brand new, good restaurant, minor problems
This hotel is important for those who need to stay in Juazeiro proper, and wouldn't like to cross the bridge everyday from Petrolina. If Petrolina is your destination, stay there.
That said, Rapport is a very good hotel for a city this size. Brand new, confortable room, good restaurant, with great regional wines (São Francisco Valley is known for its vines cultivated in a desert-like zone with irrigation and plenty of sun throughout the year, and the hotel has some of its best brands and crops on offer), good breakfest buffet, panoramic terrace restaurant for the weekend and so. It's not in the city center, but location is not a problem, because its very easy to get there by car or taxi.
I was in a business trip and the hotel was full because of other events in the city, so the downside was the service: they didn't supply the room with bathroom ammenities everyday and it was difficult to have a clean towel even when I asked for it.
Overall it was a very good experience and I would stay there again if I needed to be in Juazeiro, but I'd prefer to stay in Petrolina if I had enough spare time.

Hotel agradável, falta academia e TV a cabo e cuidado com mosquitos no quarto
Estive a trabalho mais de uma vez nesse hotel, embora os funcionários sejam muito gentis, há alguns itens que devem ser observados na hora da hospedagem, principalmente em momento de pandemia.
1 1 - O local em que o hotel fica, é ruim, pois se quiser caminha ao redor, é escuro, não tem opções e tem muito barro.
2 - Nas TVS não há TV a cabo, veja ficar a noite num local sem opções e sem TV a cabo, complica.(sa recepção diz que tem, mas só pega a band/globo e TV pai eterno)
3- Não há vuma academia no hotel, imagina que pra sair do hotel a noite é ruim, não tem TV a cabo que funcione e sem academia, não é agradável esse aspecto)
4- Os quartos são bons, limpos, mas o tempo todo a noite, devem estar fechados, se não somos envolvidos numa nuvem de mosquitos.
5- A comida é boa, exceto pelas sopas que o cozinheiro não aprendeu a fazer.
Ha de se reiterar a gentileza das equipes tanto da recepção como da cozinha e nos atender
