Angels and saints
The hotel is a pleasant surprise, the sheets, pillows and towels could be improved, which leave a lot to be desired. The room is spacious and the bathroom is good. The decoration is an attraction in itself, the walls are decorated with images of angels and saints inside and outside the rooms. Pictures, table centerpieces, everything attracts a lot of attention, I personally found it very interesting. The staff are cheerful and have a unique friendliness that I haven't seen in other hotels in Marabá. The breakfast is simple but varied and fair.

Amazonia Palace Hotel, a three-star rather modest
Amazonia Palace Hotel offers a 24-hour reception, which may be your main advantage. Otherwise, everything is medium, whether the "pools" offered to guests, or what they call a bar and restaurant next to the pool. The rooms are large, but modest in terms of facilities. Bed linen and bath only reasonable. I give a positive point only for the breakfast, continental type and well served, with a good musical track of classical songs. Use the hotel only if necessary. There are other better options in Marabá.

Owner does not know how to treat guests, rude treatment, with ignorance. Lack of organization.
As soon as we arrived, we stopped the car in front of us and an extremely ignorant man came by talking roughly that we could not leave the car there. Please know that, no one is crazy, in any hotel if to the car in front to pick up the bags and check in at the reception.
We talked to the bad polite that we were going to pick up the bags.
When we were at the reception the man appears again saying that he had told the stubborn customer not to leave the car there and still had left. I don't know if you didn't see us or did that comment on purpose.
I couldn't stand it and said q no one is stubborn no, we were unloading our bags and we were going to take out the car, he replied something whispering.
My husband took out the car and then sent someone in the room (yes, hotel has no phone in the rooms) to disturb us to take out the car from the front of the hotel, only it wasn't our car. After that my husband went to the supermarket and another employee went again to my room asking to stop picking up the car in front of the hotel, but my husband was in the supermarket with the car at this time.
I was already sleeping clothes, had to change clothes, it was already the second time they were disturbing us in the room for the same reason. Unnecessary embarrassment, tremendous disorganization.
The employee said it was a car similar to ours, and they had not identified the owner and was obstructing the passage and said the owner was angry about it. When he said this, the note fell that the ignorant who ordered us to take out the car when we arrived was the owner. Yeah, surprise me, the hotel owner, extremely ignorant.
Then I told the employee that they were disturbing me unnecessarily and that my car was not even there, he was even embarrassed, but I realized that the owner has this same rude treatment with the employees too and that he was just fulfilling the arbitrary orders of the hotel owner.
This owner has to change branches, he can't handle people. You could be kinder and talk about education. Instead of interrupting the arrival of the guests, he could help unload the bags or pay someone for it or to maneuver the car. And not just calling customers stubborn.
I read here in the comments other guests tbm talking about the ignorance of this owner.
Another thing, the towels are old and extremely thin, several complaints here in the tbm reviews about it.
Extremely rugged wallpapers glued around almost the entire hotel, including in the rooms.
Frigobar has no water to sell.
TV doesn't take Globo.

Bad experience
This is, without a doubt, the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. I have never seen such a dirty environment. The bathroom made me want to vomit. I recommend it a thousand times not to stay at this hotel. The towels and sheets are also dirty. Good breakfast, but with AWESOME classical music. It seems like they want to scare travelers away from the cafe. Decoration in questionable taste. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Too bad
Hotel with very bad bed! Lots of muriçoca and no medicine to give to guests.
Laundry only opens at 7am and there is no iron available at night for guests.
