Disappointing!

Well, let's get started.
I am not a Cover to complain, but this guesthouse deserves a textile!
I chose the hostel to spend my 35th birthday, could go in any other I already knew on the beach of the French, but I wanted to innovate and I slipped.
We arrived (my husband and I) around 13:30, check-in is from 14:00, and our room was not ready, until then everything was fine. The receptionist went to check and, a few minutes later, returned saying it was ready and took us there. When I entered the room... my God, it was just a slope down!
The first thing we saw was the ripped bed. The sheath to cover was pretty thin, actually it was a copper-bed.
Then the air conditioning was very noisy, nothing was cooling! The first night, I woke up sweating!!! In the room there was no place to support the suitcase. The floor was stained looking like stained dirt. Next to the bed, there was an old abajur, full of dust, of no use!
Let's go to the bathroom: door breaking apart, tiny sink, inside the box there was nowhere to support my shampoo/conditioner, etc. There was spider tea in the basculant, an absurd! Was that Mood really clean?!?! The bathroom lamp was with a dropper (?) too.
The guesthouse is in works that, by the way, start making noise very early. I woke up with a “beautiful” symphony! The top floor also had someone all the time running from one side to the other, which bothered quite who was on the bottom floor.
After all, the impression I had was that I was forgotten and was thrown into a room that had been closed for months. I hired a “superior” room and what I received was not even half what I expected.
The only thing, actually people, that we liked were the breakfast ladies, especially Jane and Meire. Educated, well-humored and attentive. Oh, the outer area of the guesthouse is also pretty.

Very good hostel

Well-located guesthouse, well-careful place, room of good size, with backpack, comfortable bed, but without any furniture. There is no place for the placement of belongings, only a tiny cabider, which influence greatly our comfort. It improved a bit when the attentive receptionist provided us with a suitcase support. The bathroom is good, with good shower, but the rule is towels change every 3 days. The cleanliness and arrangement is very good, the breakfast has good variety and quality of what is served, but the size of the table where it is served is very limited, making it difficult to handle to serve us. The pool is very good, with massage jets and warm water.

Excellent accommodation in the hostel.

Beautiful guesthouse, great location and wonderful service. The mancha coffee is always great and the kitchen girls are always attentive.

Great option

Great guest house, wonderful swimming pool and coffee, clean rooms, attentive staff. I recommend to those who will stay in Maceió
