Affection and romance in the middle of nature!

Wonderful accommodation, cozy and being very well served. What a wonderful experience.
Me and my husband stayed in one of the chalets and were surprised with such beauty and coziness, both of our chalets and the property as a whole. The chalet is impeccable, cleanissimo, enxoval bed and bath of excellent quality. The harmonious decoration and exquisite taste are mixed with the atmosphere of the intimate fireplace that brought us more romance and welcoming in the chalet. Bathroom with jacuzzi, hot water, and more refinement in the decor as a whole. A detail on the bathroom countertop: something I've never seen available at any hotel/hostel was demaquillant and expansible cotton available for facial cleaning! The only thing I missed was a hair dryer. The hostess, Mrs. Marta Verturoti received us very well. In addition to delicious, very well presentable and appetizing, the owner pleased us in one of the breakfasts with her special homemade breads, recipes from her grandmother, we felt her affection in receiving us.
I highly recommend the stay at Rocamadour and as soon as we are in the state again we will come back for sure!

Beautiful chalets

The inn is surrounded by nature with beautiful chalets and a very pleasant environment. It has a beautiful lake and a great breakfast. The negative point is related to the provision of service, which despite the good will of the owner and staff, left something to be desired, both in the reservation process and in the matter of wood for the fireplace.

A bore!

On April 25, 2024, when we arrived, we noticed the state of degradation of the environment. Poorly maintained facilities, difficult access, there is no restaurant. Everything that is published is a lie. We decided not to stay. We spoke to the owner, Mrs Marta Venturoti, who promised to refund the reservation amount, but it didn't happen and she doesn't respond to contact attempts. Disrespectful amateurism.

Hospedagem excelente. Ambiente agradável. Comida sensacional.

Chalés amplos. Espaço agradável. Equipe muito atenciosa e simpática. O chef Luciano Acorsi demonstra muita competência. O capeletti de frango, dos melhores que já experimentei. Espaguetti de legumes divino. Recomendo o lugar. Parabéns aos proprietários e funcionários!

Tudo maravilhoso! Estrutura e pessoal! Acomodação de primeira qualidade, estrutura fora dos quartos em ótimo estado, tudo em perfeita harmonia, atendimento de qualidade, com atenção especial em todos os sentidos, café da manhã maravilhoso!
