Very good cost/benefit

Select Plaza, being a 3-star hotel, the cost/benefit met very well my needs and expectations. Quality bed linen/mattress, shower c hot water and good breakfast. Ronan, at the reception, by itself, is a good visitor caton of the hotel.

Disrespectful and disorganized! I do not recommend

Bad Service! My bottle disappeared, I forgot in the room, I called the same day asking them to keep! When I returned, 5 days later, the manager said q the problem was not passed on to her, q would try to solve it, but did nothing! Affirmed several times q I could have forgotten/lost elsewhere. I could really... however, while making my complaint other 2 guests came up to the reception to complain that objects had disappeared from their rooms tb! I requested a reply in writing, after q I complained in Google said that they would repay me... until now I have received nothing! I also evaluate how bad bed and bath clothes, old, stained, the bath towel looked like a trash and the mattress was so old and soft q wordei in the morning c pain in the back!!! I do not recommend this hotel!!!

Good cost benefit

The room is clean, the common areas not so much. Breakfast was ok! Good cost benefit, only I did not score 5 because the sheets and towels were with a strong smell of smoke...I can't explain! It seems it was extended somewhere that had a fire in the same space and the smell impregnated the pieces.

Well fallen

Cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired, there's not a table with a bowl next to the bed, a hole in the roof of the bathroom for some infiltration... very weak. Positive point: the employees. Normal breakfast, nothing too much. I ⁇ 't come back. Could be a lot better.

Good cost-benefit

The hotel is clean, beautiful, comfortable, good breakfast and good value for money. The only problem I had was with the air conditioning in the room, which didn't work, but the reception staff was helpful and changed us to our accommodation……..
