Perfect and Addictive
Always everything perfect, love the hospitality, the cleanliness, the most beautiful guesthouse, safety, comfort, I feel at home from the first visit, the hostess is a cute, staff tb, all very polite, friendly and careful.

I LOVE EVERY SECOND
I loved every second! I went with little expectation, I booked last minute, without even researching much and it was far beyond any expectation I could have! It was such light days, so happy, so pleasant. The foot garden in Mato is an attraction apart, there is no desire to get out of there! Super welcoming environment, with mega solitary people. I stayed in the part of the hostel and it was one of the best of my life. Clean, comfortable, reliable, organized and secure. By the way people, Capão Valley as a whole is super safe. A Pé no Mato is well in the commercial center of the village, so it is quite quiet to enjoy the evening moments and also to eat in the restaurants and buy food and anything else you want. After all, only gratitude for the incredible days and Silvia, one day I'll be back!!!!

A perfect place,a must stay!
The pousada is absolutely beautiful, everything is so well taken care of,whether it's the rooms or the absolutely lovely gardens. The workers are very helpful and friendly and one always feels most welcome.
The location is right beside the little town and because of the garden, very quiet.

Fedorous network and aggressive owner
The balcony net of the bedroom had a strong smell of urine. I informed the reception, requesting the exchange. The next morning, I was approached by a lady who identified herself as the owner of the establishment. Extremely grossly, she stated that no hostel washed the nets between guest stays, that she smelled the nets and felt no atypical odor, and that she would not change the nets or wash them, because the offer of nets was not announced in the description of the room (despite the various photos, of network hooks on the balconies and a net in the room, despite dirty). Anyway, we escaped the discussion, but we were shocked by the owner's unpreparedness and emotional imbalance, and the rough deal with the hosts. A question that could be solved in a simple way was turned into a rough argument, to justify a fetish net in the room. Our local guide told us that he has witnessed the owner's bullshit to other people, and so never indicate the hostel. We opted for early check-out and change of hostel, because in the Capão Valley paradise we are not looking for annoyances, negative tuning and aggressiveness, but peace, rest and good vibrations. Saravá!

Será que se estes comentários fossem verdadeiros , teríamos tantos hóspedes falando bem da pousada e da proprietária e dando notas altas como podem ver aqui? A Sra deu notas baixas nas nossas acomodações , comodidades, limpeza, conforto e qualidade de sono o que faz sua avaliação ser suspeita. Infelizmente algumas pessoas falam apenas o que lhe convém omitindo as acusações e o modo ofensivo como abordam os funcionários só porque estão pagando. Mas sabemos que os clientes que pesquisam no booking tem bom senso e se baseiam pela maioria das avaliações . Sra. Juliana pedimos que reflita sobre as suas acusações ofensivas

Bad service. Extreme amateurism.
I made a reservation on this property on January 28, for the Carnival holiday in this guesthouse. The booking ad included providing breakfast and accepting pets. Yesterday I received a message from the hotel asking me to confirm if I would check-in. Although this act is unusual, since the consumer's obligation is to make the payment and, if he wants and can, to appear on the day of the reservation, I immediately replied that I would travel on the designated day and that I would take a pet puppy. At this moment the head of the Hotel, who even identified himself, began to respond sharply, informing that he would not receive an animal, act that caused me strange, moment when I informed that probably would not go because of this. That the manager went on to complain because he would be in the thesis "blocking" the possibility of booking for another person. Then I informed that it was within my right, to go or not, and that I would in fact not be asking any favor to the hostel since the reservation was already paid. That then the attendant began to treat rishly insisting that he warned me about the impossibility of animals and that he would not confirm the reservation, although it was paid and that I was violating the rules of Booking, without even attending and that if he wanted to talk to Booking. That at no time the hotel made prior contact, although email and telephone were available. That because of this, due to the insecurity caused, once the attendant refused to confirm my reservation at the property, and could not risk with two children inside the vehicle to travel a long distance and not be able to accommodate me, I canceled the reservation.
Much amateurism and disrespect from the guesthouse. I've never seen any hotel require check-in confirmation.... This is the first time. And worse with such disrespect. I will judicialise and adopt all criminal and civil measures. I contraindicate this lodging to anyone. Fujam!

Infelizmente as pessoas podem escrever o que querem sem testemunho. O Booking é uma empresa idonea e jamais iria permitir uma pousada anunciar um serviço que não presta (café da manhã) nem que aceitava PETS sem aceitar. Estas informações estavam lá e isto pode ser confirmado pelo Booking que tem controle das informações das propriedades em seus controles.
Sentimos muito que o Sr. Atilio não tenha tido o cuidado na hora de fazer a reserva de observar estes detalhes sobre a propriedade e tenha insistido que iria trazer o pet mesmo após a Equipe do Booking ter enviado emails para ele informando que não era permitido e que se ele trouxesse a pousada teria o direito de não recebe-lo.
