Terrible experience!

"Terrible experience! The sheets and towels were in bad condition, looked dirty and old. The room had an unbearable smell, as if it had never been properly cleaned or ventilated. In addition, the manager was extremely arrogant and cowardly: he faced women disrespectfully. The only good thing was the excellent service from the kitchen and reception staff, who were extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the rest of the horrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone!"

Total regret...

Bad hosting.
When you leave the room the power and off, so far ok, but the frigobar also turn off and sacanage!!! The air conditioner has to be turned off from the outlet, because control does not work, TV with broken control. If you sit in the private, she swings and if you stretch the towel to dry, you can't sit in the private, because the towel will stay on your head, where you've seen a bat in the bathroom.
We stayed only because there are no more vacancies elsewhere, arrogant manager (owner), does not know how to treat their customers, dark towels with a bad smell, fine sheets and well-slip, poor breakfast, but Mrs. Josi super friendly and attentive, the receptionists super good people.
They offer other photos, when you arrive and another reality.
I do not indicate and do not recommend, bad experience.
A tip to the owner: if you want to have a lasting business close and make improvements.

PIOR POUSADA

The worst hostel I've ever been to, we left completely dissatisfied.
The staff are very kind. However, the owner has no touch with the customers. I was too sharp to solve a small problem. I even want to tell you what was...
Our 9-year-old niece ended up having a bad time and vomited on the sheets, the guest house was informed and immediately told that she would have a fine of 140 reais because she had stained, we tried to talk, but she did not have an agreement, even of treating that of a child who went wrong.
That is, they are not even there for people, zero empathy!
Do not recommend, do not!

Worse experience

If I could give 0 stars I would give, but I will give 1 for the care of the receptionists and kitchen staff, who are very polite and attentive.
Now the person who calls himself “owner” of the hostel is the worst kind of human being that exists, poorly educated, rude, unreliable, who does not know how to deal with the public. We had a problem with dirt on the sheets (golf cloth), it was triggered and just arrived like we were bandits.
Regarding the guesthouse, do not waste your time reserving, the worst place that exists: dirty, tight, rubbing mold, towels and sheets worse than floor cloth, looking like old clothes all stained and rubbing, and if dirt we still have to pay R$ 140,00 (a child vomited asleep, and said it stained). Coffee manha very few options and slow replacement.
The only positive point is that you can walk to the park, but there are many other guesthouses nearby. Bad place

Worst hostel I've ever been to

Bad experience. The room is tiny and without structure, the bathroom was dirty, clogged and with the tap loose. The hallways smelled of mold, and the common-use bathroom was disgusting, with a constant smell of urine. They still charge extra pillows and never answer emergency calls. Stupid and uninterested officials. I do not recommend.
