I really recommend it

We went on the excursion with 57 people and everything was wonderful... super attentive service, close to the beach and shops, top rooms, working air conditioning, wonderful meals, complete and unlimited breakfast... I highly recommend

Horrible attention

I was going to schedule a trip, but poorly respond to the owner, it's horrible put something in the ad and cut the video still send us to read and pay attention, and then go there on Instagram if you make of poor lack of empathy, poorly educated only wish God in the heart Why life goes bitter

Depressing

Simply impractical!
I rented a room with a hydro, on the first day we arrived we were very tired and ended up not using it, when we got to the room the bed linings were dirty, as was the floor of the room, the bed is extremely noisy, you can't move it makes a noise, Then on the second day after we came back from the park, someone from the “cleaning” team, I think they got hurt in the room, and there was blood in the bathroom stall, let me tell you if in passing they keep the toilet inside, and in the hydro, I cleaned it the blood in the bathtub, I started filling it and when I turned it on, to heat it up, a lot of dirt came out of the pipes, when I spoke to reception, they said it was because it was raining a lot, that it must have been from the water!
I commented on the blood and dirt and said I wanted at least a refund for the difference for the room with hydro and they said they weren't going to refund it.
Very poor breakfast, dirty dishes too, green pool!
It was a difficult two days, I will never set foot in the establishment again!
Simply deplorable, and for a daily rate that offers many good options in Penha.
Don't book!

A pousada é bem aconchegante. O serviço foi todo ótimo. O rapaz da recepção também foi bem atencioso e prestativo nas informações e necessidades que tivemos.
