Nice hotel!

The hotel is simple but met our basic needs. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a good experience. We had only one difficulty with the shower, it works with solar heating and it took a long time to warm up, we came to think it wasn't working, but it worked. Breakfast is quite simple, but serves if you are not with great expectations.

Add value

The only tip is to include cheese, honey and orange juice in your breakfast. With this, it will add value, since, cheese and honey are products of the region. Every hotel offers honey and cheese.

Lamentável!

After a long day of travel (which would resume the next morning), all we wanted was a good meal, a good bath and a good bed.
One of the reasons we chose the TS Palace Hotel was the fact that there was a restaurant that, according to the hotel’s own website, would be open from 6am to 6pm. During the check-in process, around 5:30 p.m., when questioned, the attendant informed us that dinner would begin at 6:00 p.m.
We took our things up to the room and then we went down around 5:50. We asked how the dinner worked and what would be the place and the same attendant said that it was only to wait until 18:30 (which already caused us strange). But we reviewed and questioned if we could sit at one of the tables and was given the OK. After about 30 minutes (around 18h20) another employee (this one did with good will) came to warn us that dinner started at 18h30, but that we should make the request to get in the queue for preparation of the same, and that it would probably take a while since many people had already booked.
Now I wonder: why the hell the attendant who did our check-in did not give this information as soon as we commented on the dinner and why, at the second moment, when I asked about how the dinner worked, he did not mention the need to make the order and enter the preparation queue? Apparently, from the attendant's point of view, such information was of no minor relevance.
Then we had to go looking for somewhere to dine. Fortunately, we found something about 300 meters from the hotel that gave to break the branch.
After dinner, we returned to the hotel and, in my wife’s bath, the water was still relatively hot. However, in my bath, the water was at Mood. Logo, tomei banho frio.
To close with gold key, the acoustic insulation simply does not exist. Constant noise in the hallway and on the road next to the hotel, interfering with our rest.
That is, bad experience at the TS Palace Hotel.
Precise attention, misinformation / lack of interest / bad will, excessive noise, but mostly, lack of hot water is not forgivable
The only consolation was that we had to stay only one night.
Simply regrettable!

Breakfast can improve

The hotel has a good structure. The reception staff is attentive and the prices are fair. Breakfast should have orange juice. They offer two types of fruit juice of the season, with little pulp, it ends up becoming an aqueous juice. The city has award-winning products such as cheeses and cheese. But you don't find it at breakfast. There's just mossarella. Leave the tip to the hotel.

Barulho de veículos na rodovia

Hotel muito novo e limpo porém um sério problema por barulho de veículos que passam na rodovia bem ao lado da janela. Como a rodovia é íngreme, caminhões passam freando ou forçando o motor na subida. Dormi mau demais pois o barulho foi a noite inteira. Não ficaria novamente
