Good cost-effective guesthouse in the centre of Sabará

I spent a weekend at the guest house and I liked it a lot.
It is close to the sights and squares where the events of Sabará take place such as the festival of jabuticaba, holy week and winter festival.
I left the car in the parking lot and did it all on foot.
I stayed in room 5, on the second floor, overlooking the pool, morning and afternoon sun.
It has fridge bar, ceiling fan and big smart TV with Sky channels.
The bathroom is large and the shower has solar heater.
I liked the breakfast, with 3 fruits, 2 cakes, 3 juices, yogurt, minas cheese, cheese bread, 3 types of breads and various biscuits.
You can enjoy the pool that catches sun all day long.

DECEPTION

The Pousada is located in an area of easy access to tourist attractions and restaurants. Breakfast is OK
Outside of that, it leaves much to be desired in relation to the cleanliness well done in the rooms and bathroom (our had a strong mto smell of urine, mto probably due to the cover of the private mto old where must be residues of urine between the cracks). The box tiles are dirty, time dirty and not between guests. Some employees do not know how to deal with tourists, since the priority of the guesthouse is to meet mining workers, by the way a profile of the city in general, lack of skill with tourists, which escapes the rule of other mining locations, where the receptivity is wonderful. Pool was cleaned only once in the period in which we were there ( 6 days ), this pq my husband complained q was dirty and wanted to use it, otherwise will q would be cleaned this only time???
The double bed is two single beds, until then there is no problem, the bed gets even more spacious, the problem is that they put a mattress over the two that is too soft and you sink in the bed, out that he goes out of place
Sabará lacks good Pousadas, and I do not speak in luxury....tdo what the tourist needs is a good welcome, especially when it is the first time in the city, a nice, clean place to rest and enjoy your holidays or holidays

Great stay

I stayed only one night to visit the city, because I live nearby, the pousda is clean, simple and comfortable. Very good breakfast!
Gentle staff and excellent cleanliness, with comfortable space, clean bathroom and towels available.
The space is cosy and excellent for short trips.

Beautiful guesthouse and excellent reception and assistance offered by Diovani and other staff. Perfect location, super comfortable and clean rooms. Great breakfast. The inn has a monitoring and security system that gave me a lot of peace and tranquility. Thank you all!

Nice but older and somewhat difficult to find

It took some time to find this pousada in the mixed up streets of Sabara, but once there it was nice enough. The room and some of the furniture seemed somewhat older and not as well kept as they could be, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool didn't seem to be used much. The central location made walking access to several historic locations relatively easy.
