I like the hostel very much, it is the second trip I stay in it. Hostel is well organized, exceptional staff, cleanliness and security note 10, highly recommend.

Excellent Hostel

Excellent service, excellent location, excellent cost-effectiveness, excellent accommodation. Congratulations!
A single point of discomfort is the outside noise of cars and motorcycles on the avenue, but, it depends on the Hostel.

Excellent place

I really liked the Tapera Hostel, I was well received, I had no problems during the accommodation, the place is safe, clean and organized, I will definitely return, which made me close the reservation, was the location and the subway practically on the side, it helps a lot who will depend on the subway in SP.

It is a clean, safe, and affordable area to stay in. The staff is super friendly, especially Priscilla and Allan.

Great accommodation and location

The hostel is a few steps from one of the entrances of the metro station Paraíso, on Vergueiro street.
Already at the entrance, you notice the cleanliness and clarity of the environment (it was a surprise for me, because the entrance is darker, the wallpaper is medium in the wood stamp,rs)
Everyone at the reception is polite and caring.
I stayed in the Suite Tapera, which is quite spacious, with wardrobe, table, TV, clear walls, towel, covered, sheets ... besides the huge bathroom, with two lawns, bench and the glass box.
In my stay, I saw few guests, but I noticed that the hostel crowd is more adult, no fares, screams.
The kitchen is well equipped and has water purifier, plus machines to buy products.
In the corner of the hostel there is a restaurant, at night the puppets are busy, which I found very interesting for safety to transit there. There is no annoying noise, neither of music nor of the visitors.
On the same sidewalk, turning the restaurant and continuing on the street Vergueiro, there is a confectionery and also a bakery that offers everything from breakfast to dinner.
The hostel has a "manner" room, so there are no problems leaving your stored luggage to enjoy the city before check-in and after check-out.
In the redodenzas there are other restaurants and other bakery, in addition to other hotels, church and different shops.
I highly recommend.
