GRAN CONTINENTAL TAUBATÉ: COMFORT AT A FAIR PRICE
Modern room, Smart TV, good fridge bar, new furniture and a giant bed with a quality enxoval;
Bathroom worked in marble, refreshing shower and nice amenities;
Free and comfortable parking;
Full breakfast and still had quindim and pudding...
Reasonable rooftop sauna along with a small pool and a hydromassage.

Staff at the front desk doesn’t even greet you when you leave/arrive. Every time they help, it feels like you’re forcing them to do you a favor.
On TWO different occasions, room service came in and left the door without a lock. I was lucky no one came in my room and stole everything.
Breakfast was OK, but on zero days out of the 10 days I stayed, the scrambled eggs were hot.
Internet SUCKS. It comes in at out for a few seconds, and it’s very slow, making it impossible to work.
Would not recommend.

Bad care | Antipatica
At 3 a.m., the air conditioner stopped working completely, and I was stuck in the room in the middle of an unbearable heat, having to try to sleep like this. It was a terrible night. When I woke up and went to report this to the employee at the reception, who appears to be the owner’s daughter, she didn’t give the minimum to what I said and didn’t apologize for the air conditioning, which is clearly not being kept. She just gave up on her shoulders and showed that she didn't care. The customer service was terrible.
I stayed at the Faro Hotel for more than 10 days and never had an experience like this. It's safe to say I should have stayed there again. If you're thinking about saving 20 or 30 reais, don't think. I will never return here or recommend to any of my employees, friends or family.

It was worth it
Complete breakfast with all the well-made items.
We stayed only one day but we had a great Impression. We would stay here again if necessary.
