A good experience.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel around 1 p.m. on 24/4 and even arriving early for check-in, we were welcomed by the staff who immediately provided us with an apartment. We stayed until the 16th of the 28th. It was a gratifying experience. The establishment is very clean; the breakfast, although not very varied, is honest and tasty. The staff as a whole, in our opinion, is extremely kind and always ready to serve well. We paid special attention to the staff of Eduardo and Thiago who were exceptional in the reception and service. Congratulations to the entire team.
We are elderly (78 and 74 years old) and I would like to leave just one suggestion. The bathroom box could have a plastic rack to prevent slippers and a safety bar on the side.

Unfortunate experience – I do not recommend it at all.

The hotel is in a state of abandonment. The room featured intense mold and mole, causing immediate discomfort, plus a bathroom with a broken sink. The general feeling is to be in an old building, poorly preserved and literally falling to pieces.
The hygiene is nonexistent: pillows and bedding were visibly dirty, something completely unacceptable in any lodging establishment. To make it worse, personal belongings were stolen from inside the room, raising serious security concerns.
The wardrobe team invades the guest's privacy by messing with personal belongings without authorization. I recommend closing absolutely everything as there is no control or respect.
The service is extremely poor: poorly educated staff, unprepared and without any notion of hospitality. It becomes clear that the hotel has no management, and dirt spreads all over the area, not just in the rooms.
Unhealthy place, unsafe and unworthy of accommodation.
Avoid.

Bad service from the receptionist

The service provided by Camila at the reception was terrible. Zero waist game, we had a simple problem, but she did not make any effort to help us solve it

lack of hygiene and cleaning

Hotel Minuano in Vitoria (ES) reservation number 6638784527. When we arrived at the hotel, on 15/10 at 12 hs, I was informed that the booking provided by Booking was for one Cover! They didn't release the room until after 14 hs and showed total badwill! At that point I informed that we were elderly and allergic to mofom, acros etc. We were given room 105. In addition we were placed in a room without window and ventilation and the only window was to an inner area with old carpet and morado with unbearable smell. The dirty bedding. We communicate nothing else was done. We couldn't sleep during the 3 nights due to unhealthy conditions strong smell of mold and dirty old pillows...We have photos and filming of everything and we can send if you wanted More than pay more for the stay in fact we should be damaged for the whole situation! I remember that according to the Consumer Protection Code there is a penalty for misleading advertising and for not offering the Service, including for the quality, which was sold So this Enterprise is responsible for both facts! LACK OF CLARITY IN INFORMATION AND MISLEADING PROPAGANDA AND THE POOREST SERVICE, PAID, AND OFFERED!
