LAGUNA garden

Stayed in this hotel for about a week. The pool was great, very beautiful. Great location, was very close to the beach. Food was delicious and bar was good too. Fun animation, the kids had a great time. Will come again next year.

Somewhat dilapidated hotel with lots of kids

Naha Airport costs 3,800 yen to get there, but depending on the time of day, the new coastal line can get crowded. The front desk is on the second floor. I go up the slope like New Otani Tokyo. So when you go outside on foot, you go down the slope. Check-in is smooth. There is no elevator security with card key method. Rooms, bathtubs, etc. are somewhat dilapidated and small. There is a veranda, but it is small. There is a rope so that you can hang the pans outside. We still have old hair dryers with walls. (There's also a new one.) We still have indoor and outdoor pools, so there are a lot of kids during spring and summer holidays. Not for business. The floor or wet feel that is common at Meka Resort Hotel with a pool. Coffee making facilities, no minibar. Minimal amenities. Nothing but a toothbrush, comb, swab and shower cap. 2 bottles of free water. It's not quite by the sea, it's slightly further to the sea. Breakfast is on the ground floor, but walk down from the front floor. Elevators are available for the entire pool. There is a public bath next to the pool, but there is a fee. So if you don't want to use it, the shower needs to go back to the room after the pool. Breakfast reception is available online with a 3D code, so you don't have to wait in front of the restaurant, but it will be cancelled within 15 minutes of being contacted. No phone calls. The reception number and number of people waiting are displayed. When the reception number is printed, go to the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. Bitter melon champloo and brown sugar French bread are recommended. Okinawa is about fruit, but it was mediocre. They bake omelets and fried eggs. The souvenir shop was spacious and substantial. Overall, it is a mediocre business resort hotel.

Laguna Garden

I advise you to rest easy. We got there early, but they gave us a room almost immediately. I see someone's gone, usually 2 p.m. Balcony with pool view but noisy, animation after 3.30 p.m. unobtrusive. Towels, shampoo, soap were changed and put in every day. Bed linen after day three. The food is traditional, delicious. Fruit is enough. Coffee in the machines in the restaurant, bars is quite delicious, ice cream of different kinds too. I wish the dishes were washed more thoroughly, but there were also plastic cutlery. There was no problem. The beach is very close, wide, there are many sunbeds, the distance between them is good. First, second row pays but you can put your umbrella even near the sea, there are seats. The water in the sea in the morning was even warmer than in the afternoon, small waves. Very near the center there is a spring with mineral water, on the waterfront everywhere there are small fountains with the same water. The heat doesn't bother, as trees, greenery, groomed everywhere. Flowers, clearings watering.

Not a 4 stars place

Stayed with the family for a week. The positive side: cleaning ladies doing their job nicely. Rooms big enough, big beds. Really close to the beach.
Negative: one super rude bartender simply being annoyed only by the fact someone wants something, don' t you even dare to ask milk for your coffee... "No Milk" and a grumpy face as a bonus (there were more things, that only to Illustrate). Poor restaurant, the meat was several times either undercooked (chicken just raw inside) or just hard. The same for halfcooked potatoes repeating everyday. Badly cleaned, cracked plates.
Pool dirty, switched on just twice.
Yes, Albena Is nice. But would not return to this hotel.

Bulgarian service is not good enough

Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Water playground was turned on only 3 times, then we were told it is broken. No one was taking care of pool surrounding. Bar is ok, but they dont often know how to mix drinks. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. But this is not 4* hotel at all!!!
