Good priced warm, clean hotel with shuttle to Gondola and friendly helpful staff.

This was just what we wanted for our short family ski holiday. We had 2 rooms and shared bathroom for the 4 of us. Top floor with lift. This is not a luxury hotel but is good and reasonably priced. There is a regular hotel shuttle bus to and from the lift station plus a ski room if needed. We hired and kept our ski equipment next to the main ski lift. The reception staff are very helpful and speak good English. We didn’t use the bar but looked convenient and likewise we ate out in town. The restaurant looked to serve basic good food. We did use the Spa which was not modern but was clean and functional with Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna plus a Salt Room which we paid £15 for 20 mins and was interesting. Good functional place to stay at a good price. Easy walking to the ski end or the old part of Bankso.

Excellent stay with really friendly helpful staff

This hotel in amongst the best I've stayed in on Bansko. The staff were so helpful and polite , would highly recommend

Hidden gem

We’ve been to bansko 7 times and stayed in some of the big name hotels in the main town near the gondola and have always had a nice time. This time we stayed here due to increasing prices, it is slightly further out of town (a couple of hundred meters) but this not an issue at all for us as the hotel has a private mini bus that takes you to the gondola. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the shower is amazing! The spa and pool is the perfect way to end a days skiing, the breakfast was a good way to start the day. Most importantly the staff were absolutely fantastic, the owner could not have done enough for us and it made the stay so much more enjoyable. We will 100% be coming back.

A gem of a hotel with everything you need.

Not usually one to write reviews but after such a good stay for our family along with exceptional service throughout along with going the extra mile with helping with our missing luggage being sent from Sophia after Whizz air let us down. We were extra lucky in being able to book one of of the double bedroom apartments that had excellent mattresses and plenty of space for two adults and two children . With the WiFi excellent so an evening we fancied watching something on our firestick this ran with no buffering.
Another most noticeable improvement has been with the management with the owners so attentive and friendly especially at breakfast where the choices were cooked fresh and high quality along with home made fresh juices you’d be mad not to book for breakfast in your stay now where we had actually brought some Heinz beans with us as on our last stay the hot buffet was frankly basic but that’s all gone now so one of the pictures showing this can be removed and should instead show the new options.
Thanks again for an excellent stay Iceberg team with this hotel offering all options required for a great stay and at a great price .
It’s just such a shame that during half term the gondola line is so long but with no rush from the hotel and a free shuttle running every half hour through the morning till 10am also provided.

Have a nice family holiday!
