There was no water, but they did not warn us. Made us pay at check-in

There was no water after 21:00 o’clock up until the morning. The staff obviously knew about it, because they had left a bucket full of cold water and a jug in the bathroom when we got there. BUT nobody warned us about that when we were paying and checking in. Paid the room in full, despite the lack of water and even though it was just me and my child. Poor light and hygiene. Unpleasant staff. Great location and view.

Animal abuser, unfriendly, tax evader

The location next to the castle is great.
But unfortunately the owners are strange people, they have cats and feed them. They also regularly kick, hit and injure the cats during our visit. There is practically no table service, you have to say if you want something to drink and then the drinks are grumpily slammed onto the table.
The highlight is that the owner refuses to issue a bill after payment. He says no bill and laughs. Bill tomorrow. So blatant tax evasion that you shouldn't support.

Worst hotel I've stayed at

The staff and owner were extremely rude and arrogant. At check-in we were told that there is no problem to pay with the card specified through Booking. Only half an hour later we were informed/lied to that the payment did not take place due to lack of money on the card. I offered to pay at the POS terminal, but both my attempts were unsuccessful as their device was deliberately not working. The rudeness intensified, we were accused of trying to cheat them and forced to pay cash. A receipt was not issued, apparently for tax evasion.
When we tried to dine at the restaurant, the owner refused to serve us on the pretext that there was a problem in the kitchen, even though the next table was piled high with food. We were forced to look for a restaurant in the city center which is a 15 minute walk away. . The attitude of the staff completely ruined the start of our holiday and deeply disappointed us. I highly recommend you avoid. The proximity to the fortress is not worth it.

Bad experience.

Negative stuff. We stayed at the reception 10 min and we left loosing 2 prepaid nights. Unacceptable behavior on behalf of the men on the reception. This man killed our good will to stay in the hotel.

Ewwww

The food wasn't very good, and the waiter lied that we can pay with pos terminal.Please don't go to eat there, seriously, I'm not lying ➡❌You must have a new chef, sorry. The rooms are okay, but the bathrooms doesn't smell nice.
