Satisfied all in all
I stayed 8 days at Preslav Hotel between 15 and 22 July. It is quite close to the beach, it has a clean pool that closes at 5 p.m., the staff is kind and willing to answer your questions. The food is good and various, though there is too much oil fried salami and sausages, yet many salads and fruits, home-made cookies and natural juice. What I didn't like was that they never changed towels or sheets in those 8 days! And also the fact that because the hotel has only 3 levels, it doesn't have an elevator. Persons with locomotor disability should definitely avoid this hotel. For its price it's very good.

Not bad.
Were with a family with 5 people,in general the hotel is not bad,the kitchen is good,fed to the dump,with the children to go just in time,the food is very delicious and varied,everyone can find for themselves that something, according to their taste,but have their nuances:
1-Parking fee
2-in the restaurant itself Ooo very big minus,no trays,until you deliver the food,strewn everything on the road,tiny little ones,heard more than once from vacationers outrage about the lack of trays,it's really very uncomfortable
3-beach paid, there are no available seats ,there is a free place ,but the territory is very small,people lie on each other ,the rest of the paid area (24 euros per sunbed) we were not warned about this ,in the evening you cannot sit on the beach,we came to sit by the sea ,we were chased away.
4-near the pool there is no toilet, you need to run wet through the reception to cope
5-in the public toilet, in the hotel itself, there is no means to remove the smell, it is impossible to enter, very stinks
Of the pros,very friendly staff,girls cleaning well,they are like bees,do their job at all 100,in the kitchen staff is also very attentive,young people do their work very quickly,in principle about the hotel itself ,remained very positive emotions,very beautiful green area inside the hotel,always shade,you can sit with the family rest,tasty drinks at the bar,both for adults and children,very friendly staff,beautiful animators for children in the evening with live music.
The whole area near the hotel is very green , it is very nice to sit in the evening, get some fresh air and still hear the noise of the sea)
If you don't take into account all these cons, the hotel is very good, next year we plan to come here again)

Horrible
I want to share my experience this year. Every year my parents and I went to this hotel with my husband and kids, but after a holiday this year, it was the last time. In past years (when tours were cheaper by the way) we were given good rooms for me and the children with a balcony to the forest and with normal beds. This year, we were given a very small room with a cot for the baby with a balcony with access to the dining room, where the smell of food was constantly coming from. We asked for a change of room at the reception, but we were ignored, as was the request for even towels. All our questions were not answered on purpose, it was visible. Out of our strength after the road we decided we weren't going to ask for anything else and ruin our holiday by ignoring the receptor. It was dirty in the room, I want to point out that it's never been (in all the 8 years we've been there) so terrible for the first time. Plus there were always towels on entry before. Thank you in general for the previous years of rest and for the absolutely terrible rest this year. We're not coming for sure anymore.

Very dirty
The room it was horrible, nobody is cleaning the hotel, also the food it was very bad, the same food 2 days in a row in different dishes. Nobody changes the towels or clean the room. Everything is miserable. The halls, the dining room and the rooms are always dirty and everything smelss bad.

Disappointing
The good:
All rooms have air conditioning and minifridge.
The pool is clean and decently sized, but closes at 5 pm (seems to be the norm in that area).
Plenty of shade in the garden.
The bad:
Cleanliness was not their strong point, they seem to focus more on adding chemicals to the pool everyday (that is normal) than cleaning the spiderwebs and glasses from your room before your stay. This specific room had a nasty stain on the wall and the AC looked absolutely disgusting.
The wifi is absolutely useless (no signal at all) unless you are at the reception hall or some areas of the garden.
All bathrooms have issues with ventilation, they have a persistent unpleasant smell and quite a bit of mold.
The coffee at the bar is disappointing, it's really small and served in a foam container. They tax the same amount for milk in coffe as for the coffe itself. A vending machine would do a better job, and probably cheaper.
Parking was a nightmare, they confirmed a few days prior to arrival that they reserved parking spots. I don't mind the fact that parking is a bit of a walk away from the hotel, but that we had to have a back and forth with their parking contractors for more than an hour to actually let us park there. Instead of just directly contacting them they just told us to insist to park there, so after being refused 5 times (5 tripts to the hotel and back to the parking lot) they finally called them and it was fine, but why did I have to go through the hassle of finding a parking spot and insisting to be let in the parking lot when I was assured there will be one?
