Very nice

We went for the weekend. The Villa was very nice, clean, fully equiped. The personal was helpfull. The location is nice. You can see the sea from your balcony.
The neighborhood is not so nice. The pavement îs cracked. Few restaurants. Only 2 or 3. No shops to buy something. The stairs to the beach... awfull. The beach is small.
Buuuut... If you want only to relax it's ok.

Great place to feel like at home and explore the northern Bulgarian seaside

We booked a room at the beginning of September. Rooms have a bedroom, bathroom and a living room with a small kitchen where we made breakfast and coffee. For cooking it's best to take with you the necessary pots, they have some but not all suited for cooking (e.g.: no coffee kettle). They also provide dish washing liquid and sponge, plus glasses and cutlery. Rooms are spacious, parking is right next to the building and they have 24h surveillance so your car is safe.
The villa is next to Kavarna beach where you can find restaurants and a mini market. The beach is ok but you'll be better off going to other, more beautiful, beaches just a couple of minutes away.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a cheap, feel like at home accommodation this villa is perfect

Nice villa, not so nice neighborhood.

We stayed at this villa for 5 nights. The apartments are clean and nice.
We didn't find difficult to find it, but we had troubles because the address wasn't either on google maps or our car's GPS.
The swimming pool is very little. A bigger one would be very useful because bathing in the sea is not the best idea. Even if it is very close to the beach, we found both the beach and the water very dirty. This was in the first day, then it seemed that someone cleaned it, but for me was too late. It is very quiet place, you spent 30 minutes drive to Albena, and around 15 to go to Kavarna. There are not too many places to buy things around the villa.

Fine apartment, weird neighborhood

We quite enjoyed the lodging - clean, well kept and a value for the money. However, very strange neighborhood as it is surrounded by abandoned, half built buildings. Walked on the beach - not very inviting. First part has cement stairs leading down to water that were covered in oozing seaweed. Second part of beach led directly into water. We went to different beach so can't comment on water quality. Also, tons of stray dogs and cats. Was an issue for us bc we brought our dog along. Still, at this price, we may just come back.

Nice hotel right near the beach

Great location for the beach and restaurants, large apartment sizes, pool, and quite friendly staff. Though i did not converse in english, i believe the staff can do so. Was shown around the hotel by the front of house staff, and although they had not received the booking correctly, we were accommodated. Unusually for bulgaria we were not asked for the money for the room upfront. Very good value for the location. Shop and restaurants within 50 meters.
