Insulting for bad reviews and GDPR breaches
They are not very familiar with the booking processes, and in our case there was a mistake with the reservation - it was missing from their lists.
After all they found us new room.Minutes later after we have already took a shower, they found the reservation. The new room was more expensive and we had to pay extra - which wasn’t the issue of the whole story, but clearly their fault.
Firstly - if you give a bad review, you receive a call from the hotel owner, who starts to argue with you and to insult you on your personal number - which we will take measures in regards to GDPR - which is most probably missing on this spot. So keep in mind when making an reservation.
In regards of the hotel:
- the room was clear
-the AC was fine
-the extra 15 leva balcony was 1x1 meters
You have to pay in cash on the reception for your stay.
In regards to the reception , it’s not working 24/7 , so keep in mind when leaving your key there. (They will not notify you,us less you don’t see the working hours).
Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend leaving your IDs on the reception - no security measures at all.
There were parking spots, but only few of them will hold a big car.
