“Basic, at the right price”
When we arrived the building doesn’t look like a guesthouse and it even looks abandoned. When we check with the people next door they tell us there is a handwritten note on the front door with a number we should call. When I call this number someone shouts: “I am coming, I am coming”. After 10 minutes a woman arrives who shows us our room. The guesthouse has 7 rooms and we are in room 5, meant for 3 people.
The room is small and very, very basic. On the good side: it is clean, there is airconditioning and there is good WiFi. The shower is very good but it is impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom.
However, the guesthouse is very noisy and if you prefer to sleep without noises from other guests, don’t stay here.
You can park the car next to the building or in front of it, but the next day you have to drive backwards to the village. Breakfast is not included but if you book in advance, they can prepare you some breakfast for 7,50 lv per person.
There are several nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the guesthouse.

Avoid
This accommodation is substandard. The beds are collapsed and the rooms small and cheerless. Worse though, the owners will refuse to comply with the booking terms and refund you if you cancel or leave early. Not sure how they are getting such positive reviews.
