Amazing sea view. Hospitable owners.

This is one of the best places on Bulgarian coast! Everything makes you feel like you are at home. Cozy rooms, very delicious food, close to the beach, amazing sea view, hospitaple owners. We, my family and my friends, have visiting this hotel every year for twelve year. Everything is excellent

One night

They rented a room in June, but the calm atmosphere in the area liked it. The attitude of the manager himself, the man with the glasses is striking for his arogance, audacity and not professionalism. The hotel itself is not bad, however not worth a visit if you can in another at the same prices.

Best location, strange attitude from the staff

PRO
- location
- rooms (size, cleanliness, design)
- view from sea facing rooms is excellent
- breakfast is quite OK (you can chose every day from a variety of 6-7 kinds of food)
- waiters and waitresses from the restaurant
- private parking
CON
- they have a receptionist, who doesn't speak ANY language except Bulgarian (we tried English, German, Italian). She understands only a few basic words of English. She also doesn't greet guests and is grumpy all the time (we saw her for a week). She gives you an "I don't understand why you are kind to me" kind of face all the time.
- rooms with no sea view are facing some really messy wooden constructions, with garbage and mess all over, right under your huge balcony.
- don't leave any of your valuables in the room, because cleaning lady might bring your bag "innocently" into an other (unoccupied) room. She also might mix up your bag, with her's, even is your bag is red, her's white with black. Her memory is restored miracuosly in the second you begin to act a bit more angry with her because of this story. Hotel management doesn't appologize. They only say that "this is first time and it is just an innocent mix-up". At least they DO speak other languages also. Why bring a misidentified bag full of cleaning tools (in our case our handbag with our belongings) into an unoccupied room and close it there, when you usually hang that bag on the railing in the staircase? Yes, I know, it's first time... and there are plenty of other plausible explanations, and you are expected to believe all of them. But bags from a table in a room SHOULDN'T be brought out from that room. There was no mess or dirt that needed cleaning there.
- there is quite a noise from the entertainment programmes of the Sol hotels in the neighbourhood, every afternoon and in the night, until 11-12PM.

Could have been better

The hotel is not so close neither to old neseber nor to the new one. The apartment at the highest floor was very comfortable and there was a lot of space yet the beds were poor and gave us all back ache. Wifi connection is not so good

very nice, comfortable stay

The room was very nice; the room is quite big and comfy, and it is quiet. The staff was very nice and they have a bistro downstairs, which is a big plus because the food is really good and cheap and you can have your meals on the terrace while looking at the sea. We absolutely loved it.
They also have parking spots - which is also a big plus for the area. The staff was quite short on English, but we understood each other pretty well. The wifi was not really available from our room, we had to kind of get close to the door or get in the lobby for it to work; and the towels were only changed once during our stay (7 days).
Other than this, we really recommend it - its quiet, romantic, the food is great, the staff is nice, and you have the big beach on a 10 minute walk, and the old center at a 20-25 minutes walk.
