Quiet location away from hustle and bustle of sunny beach. Basic in some ways but exceptionally clean and well cared for

Great family hotel in a great location for the beach and the sights and sounds of the area and region. Bus route close by, runs every 20 mins and water taxi from the marina every hour. Really great family hotel but also could see the benefits for couples too. Nothing was too much trouble but you shouldn't find yourself wanting for anything anyway because it's in the main covered. The rooms are basic but have balcony's. Cleaning team always on hand and cleaned every day. 3 floors, stairs wide and roomy. Exceptionally clean. Buffet breakfast the standard European but lovely quality of food, same for the evening meal. Some local dishes, limited choice but clearly a lovely feeling from a family hotel with family cooked food. Would and will stay again and I wouldn't return to many places I been on holiday to over the years. Went on a jet 2 package, was decent price and cant fault the service from them either other than charging a parent to sit with their special needs child which needs addressing but was no fault of this hotel. In fact whem my child had a melt down and I apologised, Tony openly said, were a family hotel, we've seen and done it all before and if there s anything we can do to help just ask. So kind and thoughtful.

Great other than food and sun loungers

Stayed for a week lovely spotlessly clean hotel lovely big room cleaned every day. Room was large with great shower. Staff friendly quiet location. Food not to our taste I think it is geared for eastern Europeans. You have 2 choices of a meal on a evening this seems to get repeated every 3 days, we ate out most evenings. Pool quiet but loungers are hard plastic with no mattress. Tip bus really easy to sunny beach 1.6 euros or 2 euros to nessebar. Every 40 mins from top of street. We ate at bisto 41 and Cuban bar on the beachfront reasonably priced. Our first time in Bulgaria lovely hotel great location

Hotel Panorama excellent

Lovely quiet location at sveti las, lovely harbour only a 5 minute walk. Very chilled holiday. If you want to party you can get taxi or bus into sunny beach. The room is very modern, very big, with lovely lighting and decor with a breathtaking sea view. Lovely private swimming pool. The rooms are cleaned every day, by amazing friendly staff. The owners Tony & Kate are wonderful. Excellent value for money, we went half board. Food was lovely.

Lovely friendly hotel

A lovely hotel in a good location with friendly staff, nice clean modern rooms with plenty of storage, the pool was lovely but could do with cushions on the sunbeds as very uncomfortable without cushions, the food could have abit more variety but it was tasty and plentiful, i enjoyed my weeks stay here with my other half

Wonderful family small hotel with attentive staff and a homely feel

We’ve just come back from a week-long stay at the Hotel Panorama. Tony and Catarina were our hosts, and they were incredibly helpful, making sure we were comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble. Their staff, especially Anastasia, were always happy to lend a hand.
We had a double room with a sea view, and it was spotless and perfectly suited to our needs.
We stayed half board, and breakfast was simple but always fresh and plentiful.
We ate every night at the hotel, and the food was fresh and plentiful. There was a buffet-style option for salad, pasta and soup, and then we could choose between a vegetarian or meat dish—excellent home-cooked food.
The location is excellent, and the facilities are adequate for a three-star small hotel.
The only thing I would suggest is adding some cushions to the pool beds, as they can become a bit uncomfortable after a while.
