A wonderful place

A wonderful place with a cozy atmosphere. We visited the hotel and the restaurant with my family and were very pleased with both the food and the service. The staff is very kind and made our stay wonderful. I recommend both the restaurant and the hotel with both hands. The kitchen is very nice and has everything for everyone. In the summer they have a pool, as well as a bar near it.

Quiet, but with a hint of bad service.

There is hot water only for around 40 minutes between 5:30PM and 6PM.
Nearby activities - Nothing. There are three restaurants including the one to the hotel they're serving shrimps rolled into bacon which is extremely awful combination. Waiters are 18 years old and then no don't have any serving experience when you ask for a beer, they bring you fork, they forget some orders and they're extremely hard to communicate with.
We booked through Booking.com for 449 BGN, but at checkout the owners charged us much more with unfair extras. They made us pay for an extra person we never had and even charged us for the pool, which we only used twice. In the end, instead of 449 BGN, we had to pay 124 BGN + 420 BGN.
The room had no hot water and no air conditioning. On top of that, the owners were extremely rude, yelling at us during checkout. The receptionist even admitted that they keep the place rated low on purpose to “avoid crowds.”
This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. Totally dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Avoid this place.
e food was not that bad, but the hive was better restaurant than this one.

Dangerous

Worst experience of my life. We haven't been treated that way anywhere. We request a song from the DJ and are aggressively treated right away. And when we leave the bar, the DJ punches me in the face. Warning do not go here.!!! This is extremely tragic Warning do not go here.

Good option for couples

Nice rooms, though the wifi signal was not good in the room.
They served local breakfast, that was quite ok.
Personnel was helpful and kind.
The place could well use a refurbishment.
The sea shore is quite far on foot, but easily reachable by car (on a bad road though).
The wild sea shore and the little restaurants nearby the hotel worth it!
Beware that there is no exchange office in the village!

Hotel/restaurant/zoo!

Found this remotely located hotel by accident,arrived in mid may to find it almost completely deserted,none of the facilities were ready,fine by me as I only needed a bed.
Rooms were very good with what appeared to be a brand new bathroom,the restaurant is incredible,with more than enough seating.I sat and was presented with various dishes served very quickly,a bit odd as I didn't order what was delivered and did not realize it was a free meal from the chef! he also gave me a glass of Palinka,which was nice.Afterward I took a wobbly stroll around the small but quaint zoo in which were many species of birds and animals including ostrich.
The room was very cheap,roughly eight pounds fifty,not including morning coffee.Thank you for a very nice stay.
