Luxury meets comfort!

Wonderful hotel, beautiful interior design, comfortable rooms, great restaurant and amazing location at the foot of the mountains! The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Will stay there again. Best in Sliven!

Never again!

I was staying in this hotel for 3 nights. My first impression was that the carpets in the room were very old and fully faded. There were some nuts on the floor from the previous customers, which means that the cleaners aren't great. For my stay, nobody asked me if I was needed or if I'm short of something (soap,shampoo,toilet paper towels, etc). The breakfast was so poor(in my first morning, there even wasn't side plates), no signs of croissants,pancakes, etc. If you want to use a jacuzzi, you have to pay extra,and the sauna wasn't working at all. I will never return, and I will never recommend this hotel for any of my family or friends. If you want to avoid any disappointment, simply book somebody else. Shame on you guys.

Bad experience! Will never recommend it to friends or family.

We booked a 2-night stay through Booking. We got a confirmation email from Booking so everything seemed ok. However, out of the blue, our booking got cancelled. On the day of our arrival, they sent us an email at 2:50pm (of course, I didn't see it) to ask whether we confirm our stay. At 2:58 pm, they cancelled our booking... We found out about this when we reached the hotel so you can imagine what an unpleasant surprise it was for us. Plus, the woman from the reception was quite rude, giving us unlogical explanations... They also said they tried to call us and that I gave a fake number... No, the number I gave included the country code of Bulgaria without "+". Obviously, it is difficult to change the code with 0. And what if I was travelling by plane and couldn't talk or text 58 minutes after the check-in started... Not to mention that they did not even try to say they are sorry or that they can help us with finding a new place to stay... Anyways, I will never come back because of the poor service. The hotel really looked promising but the service is not what it should be for a 4-star hotel. We immediately booked a room in another 4-star hotel in the city and the difference in attitude was so much different.

Poor breakfast

At check in you are supposed to fulfil information regarding your breakfast. I chosen to go with vege option. Although, I received some cereals with milk that had hair floating. The guy told me that he gonna bring me a spoon, waited for next 20 minutes. After that I asked where is the food I ordered - it was supposed to be a plate with cucumbers tomatoes cheese and Eggs. Well, after a while he came back with right food but after I told him about that he went to kitchen and didn't realised that you can hear what he says in the dinning area. He said "very problematic batee" to some of his colleagues.
Too bad, hotel was nice but the breakfast experience totally shattered their ratings.
If you are looking for a cool place to stay- it's perfectly close to the mountains with nice view. Also the owner is a cool person but the staff they hire is ridiculous. Avoid young guy that works by the reception and helps with service. Either smoking too much weed or he's just delusional

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ein familiäres Hotel, von dem man den Sessellift in die Berge schnell erreicht (ca. 400 m bergauf).
Mein Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und blitzsauber, abends habe ich im hoteleigenen Restaurant gut gegessen, allerdings waren morgens beim Frühstück die warmen Speisen kalt...
