Fantastic location

Fantastic location, very closed to all city center activities and shopping
The pool is nice and clean, the resort’s restaurant and bar is great. The reception staff is very helpful.
The only negative experiences were the cleanliness of the apartment and the electricity system (shower and kitchen together were causing a blackout…)

Not good holiday complex

This accomodation is totally misrepresented on loveholiday Web site would never stay there again when I complained when I came home I was basically told I was a liar about my complaints
Accused of having people on my balcony I travelled on my own and never once had anyone with me I am a 72year old female do want any company.

Not bad

Room and pool brilliant but restaurant the worst ever staff so rude dirty looking and long faces and no please or thank you and chare for pizza boxes and plastic containers wen you have take aways and food cold all the time

Back room with road and rubbish view

Came with my daughter and son-in-law and there room over looked pool and was so much better than our back room with room of rubbish and road . The sofa’s looked dirty they had covers which need a wash . The sink was not clean and beds not very comfortable. I would of complained about it only my daughter had booked it . There is nothing open so what she read in June was not told restaurant was closed no bar . Yes you are a short walk away . But if you sit my untidy pool you have to go out if want a drink or food . I was very disappointed and if we where not with others who had booked it l would of looked at moving to a Holte l. We could sit as very busy road and dust .

Never again

Can't fault the apartments, however you are sharing the complex with Bulgarian residents that are rude. My son was bitten by a dog owned by a Bulgarian rude putka. Management were fantastic, dogs are not allowed by the pool area, however Bulgarians think they are above the rules and had a savage dog around the pool that ran over to my son and took a bite out of his leg. If you are looking for a quiet family holiday and want to relax please DON'T STAY HERE. Our neighbour in the opposite apartment was banging and changing doors into the early hours of the morning.
