Our now go to place

Advertisement photos, are a true discrimination of the hotel. We have Been here twice, and is now our go to place of choice when visiting sunny beach/ Nessebar. It’s situated Perfectly for jumping on & off the little train, that runs just over the road, for ether Nessebar or Sunny Beach. It’s a quite hotel, and would suit those who wish to get out and about. It’s positioned about 300m to the beach.
If you contact the hotel, they are more than happy to arrange airport transfers for you. Which you can pay direct to the taxi on arrival/ drop off.

Lovely little hotel

I was aprehensive about staying here, especially because it was a budget price, but I can honestly say I found it to be very clean and comfortable.
Room basic but provided everything I needed.
New beds and are extremely comfortable clean bedding but dated design
Satellite TV with plenty of options, even movie channels.
Kettle and hairdryer had to ask at reception, but we're provided straight away.
Iron and ironing board located in hall way for guests use
Frige very cold but noisy
Chairs and table on patio
Shampoo and soap were provided
The walls were thin, especially when guests returning from nights out
I found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained
Pool was lovely, not many loungers, but it wasn't overcrowded, so I easily got one.
Nice seating area in front of the hotel
It has a little restaurant that always looked full( I didn't actually eat there, tho!
Good location close to beach bars, shops, and bus routes

Very Dirty

I don't know where all the good reviews come from but the hotel looked bad from the very first sight. But not to judge the book by its cover/ the insides were bad as well. There was dust everywhere. It looked like the cupboard was not cleaned for a very long time not to mention that there were some crumbles on the TV and the desc was sticky. When said to the receptionist she promised to look into it but nothing happened. The food in the restaurant was horrible and to get to the beach several obstacles needed to be avoided. The bar closed at around 9-10 on Saturday and it looked like it didn't work at all during the week. The pool towels were present only one day. When we asked if we can get some the receptionist told us the towels were taken but by whom we do not know as there was nobody by the pool. We got shampoo and 2 soaps at the beginning of our stay and that was it. Overall a bad hotel and would not recommend.

Holiday

We arrived here early and told room was not ready .. paid 58 lev but not informed it included breakfast ..next morning a call from staff to go to original room but that had 2 single beds , asked to speak to manager and he said wat could he do .. eh give us what we booked and paid for - he put phone down . So if his manners are like that what can be said of his staff ...Nice hotel but such young staff that have no manners or personality should not be in the hospitality business . Rooms only cleaned 4 times in 2 weeks . Pool area was nice and not busy with enough sun beds .a smile and civility cost nothing .. would not recommend this hotel to anyone .

Very clean

I came here for a week and everything it is very clean and lovely. The room where I stay it's big you have like everything you want and the staff it's quite polite. The only problem that you will confront it's that not all the staff speacks very good English so you have to be pacient because they are doing the best to help you. Even the beach it's not so far like 5 10 minutes. Enjoy your holiday guys. Thumbs up!
