Excellent Value Hotel in Smolyan with Great Spa and Breakfast

The hotel was excellent. My room was clean, modern and had a lovely balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was included and was very good, with plenty of choice. The restaurant is also open all day and serves excellent food for both lunch and dinner (these are not included in the room price, but the quality is very good).
The spa is a great addition. It has a sauna and a jacuzzi, and the spa building itself is new, modern and very clean. It was a very relaxing place to spend time after a day out.
A particularly kind gesture from the staff was allowing my young son to join me in the jacuzzi, even though he was not staying in the room with me. That was very thoughtful and much appreciated.
Overall, I believe this is the best hotel in the Smolyan area for the price. With breakfast and spa access included, it offers excellent value. I will definitely stay here again and will only book this hotel when I visit Smolyan in the future.

Amazing service by Elena

We were looked after by a young lady called Elena, and wanted to share how professional, welcoming and polite she was. Her service was amazing, and we felt very looked after at the restaurant.

Perfect holiday

Rooms are very clean and warm. You wake up in the morning with a view of the mountains. Free parking. The food is great and the owner was so friendly and kind it was a pleasure to stay here. Totally recommended for visiting!!

Excellent hotel

The best hotel in Smolyan with great and very helpfull staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is great and the location of the hotel is perfect. It's near to road of Pamporovo, Canyon of Waterfalls Smolyan and Smolyan Lakes.

Best value for money in town

Very helpful staff in this small family owned and run hotel. The restaurant on premises is perhaps the best in Bulgaria. Each dish we had was nothing short of brilliant. Special thanks to Vasco who really went out of his way to help and provide info.
